I have ask for support. There is no one to help. I am going to return the yeedi. I just got my new yeedi vacuumed. And the app does not work. I’ve tried everything, then I looked at the reviews and found out everyone else is having the Same issues. I should have read the reviews before I purchased this item. The bottom roller ball that turns the yeedi unit is not working as it keeps getting jammed. Also, the brushes keep getting tangled with pet hair. Can the tangle free brush be used with the yeedi automatic empty vac? I don't quite understand why amazon is selling products that can not communicate in English.

Nicole I have used the yeedi tower once. It worked with the charge that came with the unit. I ran it but it never returns to the base. I placed it on the base myself, but it did not empty. The unit was ful of dirtl. Now it is on the base. I have pushed the button and it turns white. It then turns red and says the battery is low. Then it says it will shut off in a few seconds and does. Hi... I've recently purchased the Yeedi K651g, how do I separate the Cleaning Cloth Plate from the reservoir? Do I just simply pull the plate off from the reservoir base or there is a "clip" somewhere that I should release as I pull? Help... Be very careful if thinking about purchasing a Veddi. I can’t get it to respond to Bluetooth. It drops dirt on carpet while running. Difficult to clean. No handle to pick up. Cheap and Very inferior. Difficult to get customer service.

Neither the app nor the product is as advertised

When the app is downloaded it does not have the features shown here. It only has an auto on which turns it on and starts the cleaning cycle, cleaning record which is supposed to show the path the robot took but only show up if it completes the full cleaning cycle, and a page for messages. It does not have spot, edge, it does not have any option to schedule. There needs to be more information. Does it require several mapping sessions before these features become available? I don’t know but if I don’t figure it out soon it’s going to be returned for a refund.

The app worked for 2 weeks then stopped connecting to the Yeedi

Emailed customer service and all they did was pull tips from reviews to send back and try. We have the Google mesh wifi system so it toggles between 2.4 - 5 ghz. Yeedi connected to the app for 2 weeks then there was an update and now it longer connects. Tried using the hotspot method, putting it further from the router, putting it closer to the router, everything to get it to connect. Without app notifications and control functions, it’s just similar to a first generation Roomba with a vac station. Not worth the cost!

Worthless

Like others, I’m unable to register, making it impossible to use many features. And yes, I followed the very minimal instructions in the manual. The ability to control via wifi was one reason I chose this vacuum over others so without wifi it’s worthless to me. Yeedi seriously needs to overhaul this app before claiming their products are wifi. So, the app is worse than bad, and and what makes it worst of all is that it makes the vacuum worthless. Save yourself the trouble and get a new robovac now.
