I have had my yeedi for just over a month. It constantly gets alerts and now it just gets stuck with a bummer alert and I have not been able to run it in a week.

My charging station was damaged during the shipment. Would like information to purchase a new charging station. Can't get response from customer service.

Mine keeps saying to CHECK THE DRIVE WHEELS. What does it expect me to check? I have the manual and I have been to their website and there is nothing about that particular instruction from the machine. I can't use it...wasted money.

The vacuum motor stopped coming on in my yeedi vac station. I have emailed their customer support twice and haven’t gotten a response either time. I’ve had it for less than a year.

can not remove the mopping plate after installation

yeedi finally drew a map of house. it drew living room, dining room, and kitchen as one room. is there any way to separate these areas so they can be designated on the map? thanks

I'm missing the small black square that connects the brush to the machine to turn the brush. Yeedi k650 vacuum. Where can I purchase a replacement?

My yeedi says liw battery powering off, Will it still charge?

The bottom roller ball that turns the yeedi unit is not working as it keeps getting jammed. Also, the brushes keep getting tangled with pet hair. Can the tangle free brush be used with the yeedi automatic empty vac? I don't quite understand why amazon is selling products that can not communicate in English.

trying to find brush motor model k602g. Can't find anywhere

Nicole I have used the yeedi tower once. It worked with the charge that came with the unit. I ran it but it never returns to the base. I placed it on the base myself, but it did not empty. The unit was ful of dirtl. Now it is on the base. I have pushed the button and it turns white. It then turns red and says the battery is low. Then it says it will shut off in a few seconds and does. I cannot get it to charge. Lenny

I am having trouble controlling the robot thru my phone. i try to control to clean specific rooms , but can not start to clean specific room. also manual needs to explain more for new users to be able to understand. I have the yeedi 700 model was purchased within the last month, & one of the hinge pins on the dust bin has come out & become lost. How can I get another hinge pin ? Or do I have to purchase the entire dust bin & how can I do that ?

Hi... I've recently purchased the Yeedi K651g, how do I separate the Cleaning Cloth Plate from the reservoir? Do I just simply pull the plate off from the reservoir base or there is a "clip" somewhere that I should release as I pull? Help... I do not want to break any parts of my 2-week old Yeedi by forcefully pulling off the plate.

Recently received my Yeedi as a gift and I have had nothing but problems trying to connect to my phone. It doesn’t instruct me to “Start to enter the network distribution mode”. I have pressed the reset button numerous times and it has become frustrating. Please help.

Yeddi K650 is moving slowly all the time while cleaning. I cleaned all of the sensors but the K650 is still moving slowly.

the product was working fine on Monday, February 22 and Thursday the 25th, it has no connection to run its task. Tried re-doing everything, followed all procedures for error code, nothing works. Please help.

Be very careful if thinking about purchasing a Veddi. I can’t get it to respond to Bluetooth. It drops dirt on carpet while running. Difficult to clean. No handle to pick up. Cheap and Very inferior. Difficult to get customer service.

it would help if you people spoke read and wrote American English. very frustrating trying to complete app down load. it would be most helpful if a written (in English) detailed narrative was available. How to buy side brushes.

My yeedi robot did not include side brushes in the box as indicated in the package contents section of the Instruction Manual
