I never get notifications from CharmmPHR. Unable to find settings within app and app does not show up in my ios settings. Miss a lot of communication.
It would be nice to have atleast control over my billing information. Shows no invoices nor allows me to add in a credit card.
My provider can bill without my knowledge is not only unsafe but u professional. Please fix CharmmPHR .

App logs in to an empty member page and can’t navigate anywhere else. Useless.
CharmmPHR is fine for most of my needs but it is maddening that I will be typing up an email to my provider in it, have to click out of it to get some pertinent info, and when I come to CharmmPHR , my message is gone and I’ve lost everything I typed to that point. If the developers can fix this, I would definitely increase the number of stars in my rating.
I do not find the software very intuitive. It stresses me.
Some can get are vertically cut off in mobile app or mobile internet browser.
