I am not able to access my information through CHARM. I try to sign in and it keeps telling me that my account does not exist. How do I get access?
I signed up for charm tracker but I was never able to validate my account. When I sign in it tells me I’m unauthorized. How do I fix this.
I am a patient with Roots Integrative Medicine in Columbia SC. I cannot get into the Charmed system for over 6 months now. I changed to my other email (etnagriffin64@redacted) and your system doesnt recognize that either. Roots Integrative Medicine has tried to help me mulitple times. Nothing is working. No control over billing.

It would be nice to have atleast control over my billing information. Shows no invoices nor allows me to add in a credit card.
My provider can bill without my knowledge is not only unsafe but u professional. Please fix the app.
