Как только я нажимаю на иконку приложение, оно вылетает. Что делать в таком случае?

Every time I try to upload my emmo creations on my iPad to the world it says Request time out. But my internet is perfectly fine. It’s the app that isn’t working. I haven’t been able to use it properly and it’s so sad cuz I’m an artist and I love it so much :(

I opened my app today and saw a duplicate of one of the days, so I deleted the duplicate and then I went back into the app and saw that the original and the duplicate were gone and now I have neither How do I restore the original that got deleted with the duplicate?

Hi, I recently opened my EMMO app and was scrolling through my memories when I noticed all of the saved moods for the previous year were missing, I’m pretty sure I downloaded the app a year ago and had filled up a couple of moods on my diary but they were all gone, I had signed in with my Apple ID and had my Icloud on for the EMMO app, I deleted the app to see if it would bring back the moods that I’ve have lost from last year’s but when I downloaded the app again and logged in with my Apple ID all my mood has disappeared, I would like to recover them since they mean a lot to me. Hello EMMO, i opened the app today and all my creations are duplicated and if i post my creation it does not show on my profile,i also cannot delete my creations. And i somehow got Premium but i didn’t buy it.

Hi. My EMMO app was acting weird earlier today. When I opened it today, all of my mood entries got duplicated somehow by the app, so I went ahead and deleted the duplicates because it annoyed me. But, when I opened the app again after I deleted the duplicates, all of my entry logs were gone. Deleted. I am extremely unhappy about this. Is there any way I could get my entries back? I poured my heart and soul into writing them and am very close to deleting the app.
