I have a problem with Moodee

User reports:
No current problems

- Limited mood options (only 'good', 'meh', or 'bad')

- No option to customize moods/colors

- No login feature to save data

- No export feature to keep previous years

- Year tab is scrollable, making it difficult to screenshot

- Font size is too large, making it difficult to fit all information on one screen

- Water droplet icon at the top right is not responsive

- Can only fill in present day, leaving previous days blank if forgotten

- No customization features except for notification time

- Unable to view previous years once the year switches over.

To resolve Moodee network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Moodee App
1. On android, goto Settings » Moodee » click [Force Stop]

Clear Moodee App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Moodee » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Moodee.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Moodee » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Moodee » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
