This is a lovely app just to unwind and write on an online journal. And, there’s a lot of things to use to decorate the pages like stickers and different fonts and colors for the text. (Although some of it including most of the stickers aren’t available unless you pay for the pro version, which is fair). It’s a lot easier to use for me instead of an actual journal because, number one, you don’t have to get out of bed for find your pens and pencils to write on it (lol, I’m lazy), and number two it doesn’t cost lots of money as it would to get fancy pens and stickers at a craft store! Whenever o have a thought I write it down wherever, whenever. But I would say the only complaint is that for me it is translated from a different language into English, and this really isn’t a big deal but some of the English is a little broken and some of the text still hasn’t been translated back into English. This, of course, is not a big deal! Just something to watch out for. All and all, great app! I really recommend this for people who are having trouble getting into journaling!! 😊💕

I love the cute format and how easy it is to navigate. I paid the $2 for the extra customizable features and am really happy with my purchase.

i have a few suggestions for the developers
- a dark mode!!!!
- an instagram-like photo journal section. I would appreciate the ability to post individual pics w/o having to enter in a mood alongside. this app would be an amazing ig replacement w this feature since I love posting content there but hate consuming other people’s stuff.
- Also there seems to be a bug wherein when I try to name any mood icon that I didn’t personally make, it limits me to 5 characters. Not sure if its just a me thing though.
-also the date in the journal entry sec. is written w mandarin characters. It’s still readable and I dont really mind but it would be an easy fix that would really enhance the ux.
- also it would be really cute if we could upload/draw our own stickers. there could be a magic eraser tool (like picsart) so we could make the backgrounds of any pics transparent
- also, as part of the paid section, being able to create custom paper colors/textures/guides. We could have access to a hex code/color slider selection system instead of being limited to the ~16 colors provided. Also, being able to add grids/dots (of any color) to any color paper would be really cool.

Are used to be way better now you either have to have a membership or you have to watch an ad to save a little thingy so you can put on the date personally why because I feel like it would be better if every second he would just give us an act like that would literally be better but no we have to know either get a membership or watch an ad so we can save other peoples designs I don’t like it I just know it’s very annoying to have to watch an ad just so you can download some thing so personally I’m just gonna delete EMMO are used to love EMMO maybe around the middle of October I read downloaded it after I deleted it the first time I deleted it was for no reason I just minus a storage because I didn’t use it that much so I I did it again I usually go through a phase where I don’t need it and then it starts getting lower like my health and my mental health and stuff so I re-download EMMO because it does help me for a period of time and then I just delete it again but this time I think I’m just gonna find a new app

I loveee EMMO, it’s really aesthetic and cool and it gets to actually write down my feelings like a diary! which was ever so hard for be before because I didn’t like the settings of other apps but this one there’s just so much natural flow that it will keep you writing effortlessly 😆💛💛💛

Features: when it comes to features it’s not lacking anyway- and you have the option to lock ur diary which other apps make ur get prenuim before u can do that but not this one- I really love that, you can also play around a lot with the aesthetic, there’s different fun mood sets, time logs, and aesthetic effects such as really cool fonts for writing and stickers to add to ur notes and so on arghh~

Lifetime purchase $$: the lifetime app purchase is like only 2.99 and that would unlock all features for good so for that price EMMO is more than satisfying! I love it 😍💛💛💛💛💛

This is one of the best journaling apps I’ve ever gotten. It’s very cute and simple, you can get your feelings/emotions down without even having to write much of anything if you don’t want to. You can use their preset little emojis to express your feelings or even create your own! The community also has some amazing drawings that you should definitely check out once you install EMMO .

A major thing for me is that you don’t even have to pay for EMMO to enjoy it. It still has plenty of features without the payment. Even so, I got it for life for just 2 dollars, which I think was completely worth it as it unlocked so many more neat things to try out.

So, if you’re like me and have trouble expressing you’re emotions, I definitely recommend EMMO. It’s cute AND practical, a great combo if you ask me.

So far I love it! ♡´･ᴗ･`♡ Not to much you can do in it but if you want a app to wight in and to do a little bit of journaling in it and thats all you want then this is perfect! Now I will tell you what you can do in EMMO and what it dose!♡ so basically you can tap this thing that say’s “today” on it then you can choose these different stickers some you do have to buy the Price is (three dollars that’s all the have to pay it’s not like most where you have to buy 3 dollars a month or a week to a year! Nope only three dollars! Which I like about it if you get EMMO you can see all you get for it!) that’s all I can really say! But yes I would recommended! EMMO is really cute i like it as a great personal journal, ihonestly didn’t find any issues with having to pay the dollar smth for the full access and i like getting to see other users creations and be able to use them in my own journals! As if right now i think the only complaint i would have would be with the widgets not really doing anything. I would expect them to let you open EMMO or let you access the specific date you click on but i think tight now it just is kind of there to see what you set as the mood for that day. Hopefully thatll grt resolved in later updates though :) 💕
I also dont really have any issues with the translation, i do t mind the rough translation as i find that to be better than no translation at all!

A feature to search through all my journaling would be really nice and comfort me immensely to search what happened when. I used another journaling app called Alan Mind (was once called Jour) and it has a feature to search through my entries which was one of my favorite things about that app.

Unfortunately I stopped journaling back in late November and have not been consistent since. Going on to Alan Mind, which I had used for four years, for some reason hadn’t been the same. It depresses me to use it, so when I stumbled upon EMMO it has helped motivate me to journal. Its’ adorable and simple ways to journal really help, it isn’t too complicated, and its pretty much nearly perfect. I just wished I could search through my entries is all.

Thank you for making EMMO, it really does help make me feel happier about journaling. Maybe I will one day be more consistent again because of it.

For awhile I had been resistant to switch journaling apps (there is so many memories in my Alan Mind journal) but I really feel the need now to just start anew. Start fresh, so thank you for making EMMO. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to delete Alan Mind, but I think I’d love to use this app a lot more consistently.

They’ve got everything from aesthetic to functionality done amazingly, and made their premium super affordable. I’ve been looking for a diary app that would keep me motivated to write everyday and journal down importnat events and memories, but they were all either too expensive or not to my liking, but EMMO is my favorite by far!

The cute emojis and mood faces, the simple calander, easy to navigate controls, everything, it’s perfect! There are even stickers made by other people you can use Kudos to the creators, this is an amazing app and I’d recommend it to anyone who loves to write and add pictures and stickers to a diary but like to keep it on their phone. It’s like a bullet journal but made easy! 10/10 super happy with EMMO!

EMMO this actually pretty nice! The aesthetics are literally so cute and I love it so much. You can put your mood with your journaling, and there are lots of components to it (like handwriting/drawing, some stickers, photos, and many more). You do have to pay for certain things like changing the theme, or getting to add videos, which I’m completing fine with cuz most apps have you do this. The things you can pay for are just extras so you can journal without having to pay for like writing words or smt. The only thing I’m not a BIG fan of is the fact that it’s half Chinese and half English? It’s kinda confusing and I wish you could change the language to the one you want, but I’m fine with it because I can understand the main points.

I think this app is a great app it really helps me write out what I'm feeling each day. But I have one problem, for some reason nothing is loading except my like "diary page" if that is what it's called. Like when i go to the explore it's just the loading sign everywhere. And before you ask, yes my internet is perfectly fine since this is the only app experiencing this issue. I have tried redownloading EMMO but the same issue is occuring. I can't see any emojis people are making. Their profiles won't even load including my own profile. I don't know if it's just my phone (Iphone 11) or if there is a bug in EMMO , but until then it's still a great app and I will continue to use it. It would be even better if someone could tell me how to fix this!

hello, i really like EMMO & i love how you can post your drawings, but it could really use a few changes. first there is an undo button, but no redo. i hit the undo on accident a lot and then a line will disappear but there’s no redo to get it back. next, maybe it shouldn’t be rated 4+ because i’ve seen a few dirty drawings on here. i lastly think you should be able to unlike photos, i liked some photos because i liked the shading but then later realize it’s actually a dirty photo. these are all just my hopes for the future but i think they would really make EMMO a lot better/easier to use.( i decided to add something like 2 days later) also i made my account photo a frog from peppa pig as a joke but every time i set a new profile it says it worked but the picture is the same so idk what’s wrong with it 🤷🏻

EMMO really helps me get into the habit of writing in a diary and with the custom emotions it helps a lot more with expressing my emotions. The only thing i can complain about is the ads but every app has that so it’s not that big of a deal. over all EMMO is great for people who can’t express their feelings enough with other diary apps. also if you like drawing i 100% recommend EMMO. i also like that you can follow, like, and comment on others custom emojis. so if you have a hard time showing your emotions and need to show your emotions in your own way please get EMMO it really helps me and it’s really satisfying seeing all the emotions filled in a month. <333

I am really glad i found EMMO. it’s helped me better understand myself and my emotions, as well as helping me regulate said emotions. i’m very happy about being able to draw my own EMMOs/emotion icons. It gives me creative freedom and allows me to accurately portray whatever i’m feeling even when i can’t put it into words.
HOWEVER there’s a few things i wish were better about EMMO:
1. How long ago someone has uploaded an this app.
i’ve noticed that every single this app throughout the day always says “1 minute ago” when in reality it’s been hours.
the next day it’ll say only “5 hours ago” when it’s been well over 12 hours. it really irks me and i wish it had a more accurate track of time.
2. The brushes on the art board where you make EMMOs are so laggy and wiggly, i wish there was a sort of stabilizing feature to make lines more smooth.
3. I really wish you could privately message people on this.
i already enjoy how there’s a community of people who post very good art through EMMOs but i just wish we could message one another instead of having to rely on comments. it would be much easier to make friends this way.

I have always been a fan of the e diaries. I’ve tried some other mood trackers or what so ever we call but EMMO gives me the most fun I’ve experienced so far. Especially the cute emojis, colorful pages and text colors available in free version which attract me to be on EMMO again at the end of everyday. Anyway, I love this one.
What I think EMMO still needs to include;
I hope EMMO will contain language preferences in the new free version which i have been looking for in the settings as I don’t understand Chinese words. And also, I would like the auto-save for the texts I have written; I once experienced that my texts were not saved when i got to my phone home screen for a while and get back to EMMO .

Over the years I have had many diaries but I have never used them, and if I did I would only use them for about a day. But with EMMO I am writing everyday! I have been using EMMO for a little over a month, and I love it so much! I write in it every night about my day and it has really helped me! I would definitely recommend EMMO! The only thing I kinda dislike it that it doesn’t allow auto correct, so I have to know how to spell all the words I use or guess. But it has helped me with my spelling so I guess it’s not that bad! Overall EMMO is fantastic, and I will definitely continue to use it in the future!!

i used EMMO quite a bit back in the summertime and it was super nice to be able to have a private diary as well as a way to express all my emotions w everyone’s cool emotes!! there’s only one slight problem w EMMO- now that it’s the new year, i decided that i wanted to use it once again after stopping for a couple months. however, now that ive started using it again, ive run into a bit of a problem: none of the emotes work. i cant access anyone’s emotes in the little explore area whether i type something out or just wait for them to load (which doesn’t work). im overall upset that one of the best functions of EMMO doesn’t work anymore so it’s not as enjoyable to use.

Honestly i love EMMO because if your a type of person who would love to jot down their thoughts in a diary or vent or anything like that, EMMO is just for you. it’s perfect to vent all your emotions and feelings, you can also make emojis of how exact you feel if the original ones that they gave you weren’t doing you well. you can also reuse the same emojis that you (or EMMO ) made. in my point of view this is my favorite app because it helped me get through hard times whenever i was sad or didn’t have anyone to talk to about it. Thank you so much, this app. :))

ok to start off- EMMO is amazing! it’s all i’ve ever wanted in an e-diary. unlike other mood journaling apps that i’ve used, it’s actually helpful. when i vent about my mood i feel goo afterwards. i love that theres a lifetime membership and it’s only what $2.99?? that’s a seriously good price and more apps that promote mental health should learn from this app. it’s also just so adorable

my only problem is how often EMMO crashes. i’m not sure if it’s just a problem for me but EMMO seems to crash when i try to type specific words. for example today i tried typing “soomary” and my app crashed. i tested this multiple times and every-time i typed this one word, EMMO would just close?? it’s happened before right when i was about to finish an entry when i was having a really bad day- it just crashed and i had to start all over again since it didn’t save anything. it’s really frustrating but i’m not sure if it’s just a problem for me or if other users experience it too.

aside from this problem, EMMO is amazing and i seriously recommend it.

There is a very nice feature that allows you to see other people’s artwork like the emoticons they’ve created yet I am unable to see them nor download them even after deleting and redownloading EMMO :(

other than that EMMO works perfectly fine; I just really wish this bug could be fixed. There is no feature that lets you report this issue in app.

Overall, I really suggest EMMO if you want to keep track of what exactly you were feeling that day with nice drawings to show your feelings :) you can use some pro features by watching an ad best apps Ive ever purchased <3

Only have been using EMMO for a couple of days. So far I think it’s handy to put down your mood for the day and add in specific notes to why you were feeling that way. I did see if you wanted other features that you have to purchase the premium. Not quite sure yet though but if that’s true, I probably won’t be purchasing it. I’ll be using EMMO until I find something better. It’s an ok to good app.

I love EMMO so much! I like how even though I don’t have premium I can draw my own emoticons. I like the fonts and the fact that I can write checklists. It’s like having a planner and a journal at the same time. I’m absolutely in love with EMMO . However I would like if I can choose the color of the check marks in the checklists. I would also like if I can draw by own stickers. That way the diary entries can be more personal with doodles I can do :)

I am loving EMMO so far, it seems very helpful and I really hope to be more productive while using it.
A quick summary and look into EMMO is a very minimalist and easy to analyze background and very aesthetically pleasing facial expressions and text to use!
the one con I would say so far is having it track your location. I did not allow it too but i was a bit uneasy about it because it is in a bother language most likely tracking my location and I was not comfortable with that.

I love EMMO so much since it's super cute and easy to use. The UI in EMMO looks great. I think this is the best diary I have so far.

However, I couldn't find the word suggestions and fix mistakes when using the English (US) keyboard on my phone (iPhone 8, iOS 14.4.1). As a result, I have to type every word letter by letter, which is wasting time.

Maybe I didn't use it correctly. Could you please help me to solve this problem?

Hello, I love your app that you made! The icons for each mood is cute and ADORABLE! I love how it look when u type for the day. I just love everything about it! I would love it more if I can read the text that are a foreign language and not English. I understand most of it is in English but some of the settings and after you submit your days are not English. It just a small thing, I can live with you but it will be great if there a setting to change the language for it.

I personally do understand some chinese but I’m not fluent so its hard for me to understand what EMMO is telling me. I would like you guys to add a option for that. Overall, I love EMMO ! I love how’s its a digital diary and doesn’t take up any room. I also am able to type faster since its digital.

This is super cute! I love how you can make and share your own emotions drawings some of them are really creative!

Few suggestions:
1) Please please have an English translation! I can’t speak or read Chinese so it’s really hard for me to navigate!
2) When I use EMMO for a certain amount of time it tends to keep crashing, might be something to look into!
3) please add the days of the week in the calendar!
4) and maybe an option to add multiple or at least 2 emotions on the same day sometimes ppl have more than one standout emotions in a day (but that might be something to think about in the future.

I wish it had a language setting so I can see all the settings in English cause I don’t understand certain things but it’s a really good app I love it

EMMO is very great, easy to use along with cute design. I have noticed that the important controls are translated to at least English but there are still some parts still remain untranslated. It would make the experience much better if all are translated at least to English.

Personally I don’t like the fact that you can’t translate it to english, It is mostly in Chinese and what about the people that don’t speak it. I do like the aesthetic and mostly that it is free It is just a free recreation of Mooda but I like that. The whole app seems nice enough but guess I wouldn’t know since It needs to be full english! It has good stuff but the language defect ruins it.

This is a ridiculous app by simply copying another app called MOODA. By copying I mean literally copying and pasting the emotion sticker from MOODA. They did add a few more default emotions, and you can easily tell that they can’t even get the line thickness consistent. And there are tons of usability problems including bugs and user experience. They are literally using other people’s idea to sell membership and to make money. Adding more functionality does not justify your plagiarism behaviors.

I love it I payed for the premium features it’s great but I just wish I could read everything and that it was all in English because I want to be able to read it and play around with the settings I really hope they fix that and make the whole thing in English

EMMO is really nice and I love that it had a widget. But there’s about 40% of EMMO that’s still in Chinese so it’s unusable. The offer a $1 subscription which I think is good, but I can’t buy it because EMMO is not all the way translated yet and it would feel like a waste to me.

I love it and all, but I think you guys should add the date somewhere next to the faces on the calendar. Also, it will be pretty helpful to add the day of the week too. :)
