To create an account you need name, bday, practice ID which I have. It asks for a security code which I don't have, neither does my doctor's office. Frustrating.

Fix myPatientVisit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve myPatientVisit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix myPatientVisit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the myPatientVisit App
1. On android, goto Settings » myPatientVisit » click [Force Stop]

Update myPatientVisit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear myPatientVisit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » myPatientVisit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart myPatientVisit.

Fix myPatientVisit unable to contact server/ myPatientVisit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click myPatientVisit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto myPatientVisit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
