you send me an email stating that you have a medical doc. from Atlanta Center of derm. i put in my email address which you have and my PW. I am then informed that you need the practice ID # and some security code. I have been a patient with this practice for too many years, to put up with this nonsense Regards John
I am trying to retrieve/change my UN and PW Just keeps showing that it is reloading when I try and never gets past that
I want to know is this app share with mychart ? And Will my primary dr to see the eye exam result on my patient visit? Will this transfer result to mychart? Can the eye dr transfer to primary dr??
As noted by several other patients, I’m unable to create an account after multiple attempts.

This app is totally useless! I tried logging in with the user name and password that I selected. But to my surprise I was unable to login. I never got the prompt to reset password. I tried for days and days. It shouldn’t be this hard! I have given up and deleting this app! I give it a “thumbs down”!

I didn’t have a problem setting up my account or uploading the front of my insurance card but when I tried to upload the back the app froze. My Chart is much more user friendly!

This apparently has never been tested. It just fails every possible type of use from viewing records on screen to sending useable documents. Should be removed from the so store.
