7 months agoI want to know is this app share with mychart ? And Will my primary dr to see the eye exam result on my patient visit? Will this transfer result to mychart? Can the eye dr transfer to primary dr??

This app is totally useless! I tried logging in with the user name and password that I selected. But to my surprise I was unable to login. I never got the prompt to reset password. I tried for days and days. It shouldn’t be this hard! I have given up and deleting this app! I give it a “thumbs down”!

Freezes
I didn’t have a problem setting up my account or uploading the front of my insurance card but when I tried to upload the back the app froze. My Chart is much more user friendly!

Really, This is a joke
This apparently has never been tested. It just fails every possible type of use from viewing records on screen to sending useable documents. Should be removed from the so store.
