myPatientVisit is totally useless! I tried logging in with the user name and password that I selected. But to my surprise I was unable to login. I never got the prompt to reset password. I tried for days and days. It shouldn’t be this hard! I have given up and deleting myPatientVisit! I give it a “thumbs down”!

Every. Single. Time. I try logging into this thing, it tells me my password is incorrect. I’m normally pretty patient but after I had to change my password 5 separate times in 1 day. Pitiful.

I can’t create an account

I didn’t have a problem setting up my account or uploading the front of my insurance card but when I tried to upload the back myPatientVisit froze. My Chart is much more user friendly!

Asks for user and password befor you can create one.

myPatientVisit does not work.

Can’t open app as you have to log in with a user name and password which it doesn’t allow you to create.

Creating an account was a hassle with in itself to begin with. myPatientVisit shows all these features but nothing works besides for upcoming appointments! Super annoyed!

Their website isn’t mobile compatible so I downloaded myPatientVisit . This thing is a joke it literally only allows you to see upcoming appointments. Nothing else. I immediately deleted.

Since the website can’t be used to view clinical documents on a phone, I figured I’d try myPatientVisit . It doesn’t even show that there are documents. All just a waste of time.

After downloading myPatientVisit on my iPhone and logging all I get is an appointment notice. I deleted myPatientVisit and tried again thinking it didn’t load properly but got the same results. So, I deleted myPatientVisit .

This apparently has never been tested. It just fails every possible type of use from viewing records on screen to sending useable documents. Should be removed from the so store.

I downloaded myPatientVisit create a username and password and it shows me my upcoming appointments and also if you owe a balance you are able to pay it through myPatientVisit . When you arrive at the physician office you can actually say I’m here and can send them a text message.
