Dear Sirs, for more than two weeks I have tried to get in touch with the support team of interpals (support@redacted) several times but I didn't get any reply. I have a very serious issue with my account because I can't get access via facebook anymore. I asked the support team to solve my problem but they didn't do anything. I have a lot of pics, contacts and sensitive information in that account. For this reason I also reported the issue to this email address (privacy@redacted) but I didn't get any answer back. So, I would like to ask you: 1) Is the support team of interpals.net still operative? 2) Why don't they reply me? 3) Do they have a contact number? 4) Is there another way to get a solution? 5) Can you get in touch with them please? IT'S REALLY URGENT. I hope to get your reply as soon as possible please . Thanks a lot for your attention. Best regards, Alessandro Spada

Interpals app is not working. I see only a white screen. I cleared cash and cookies, uninstalled and installed the app again but the problem still exists. Tell me please how I can fit the problem.
