Trying to add another traveller but once I've input all the info it freezes and stays frozen at 0% 'Please wait while your ArriveCAN traveller is saved." I have the most update to date version of the app and have tried this multiple times already. And when I tried to create a separate account for the other traveller through the web browser, the system wouldn't allow me to input the vaccine date. Ridiculous.

Hi, I'm having problems adding the date of my trip. I can clock on the dropdown calender, but it only gives me the next 5 days as an option to select. I cannot navigate to the next month, or even click on days outside the next 5 days as everything is greyed out. I can also not manually tyle in my arrival date and time, so I cannot get any further with my application.

Forgot password, so prompted to change it. Did this several times & still not able to get in. Cleared app cache & uninstalled/reinstalled app. Only thing that worked was doing this on a different phone WITH A UK SIM, rather than a Canadian Sim

When asked to select time of arrival it would not let me do this and kept selecting a different time. No matter how hard I tried was unable to give correct time of arrival by plane, will this be a problem as I have completed the form with this time error. Please respond as I due to travel on Sunday

I completed our info today. My husband shows as 2nd traveler. Do we both use the same scan which I received. I didn’t receive second one for my husband but his info is uploaded and is listed in “travelers” in my ap.

I completed Arrive Can yesterday and was supposed to go home by 1:00 pm. I was not feeling well so I stayed another day, now it won't let me log in to complete the ArriveCan as I am able to go home today

Could not get any more android updates from Samsung went fro android 6 to 8 so no more updates supplied. So went to Lineage 18.1 OS which is based on Android 11. Now arrive Canada app says phone is rooted or does not support existing system. How do I fix that so app works.

Signed in, entered passport, vacc dates and card , then message please wait with a circle , while traveller info uploaded. Nothing happened. Multiple attempts made including one by border official but couldn’t get further. Eventually someone else had to do for me ….Why the problem and why apparently no way for border officials to override manually??

I have a account using this mail from my travel to canada last year, but the password is not working anymore, and when i try to reset the password, the app tells me it is sending a code to my mail but i don't receive any mail.... tried four times, but i receive nothing. My husband and I are quarantined and we aren’t even Canada. We were there for a family get together for a few hours then returned to Vermont. We are totally discusted with the way we are being treated. We were just about to book a wonderful trip to the Canadian Rockies but the next day we cancelled the trip. I had many issues getting my husbands information to download. We live on the border and looked forwarded to traveling again in Quebec as we shopped there a lot at one time. I can assure you that until this nonsense stops we along with many others have no interest in crossing the border. If the Canadian Government wants to make us feel like our only interest is to infect Canadians especially when we are fully vaccinated and have some kind of criminal intent we are not interested in being treated this way. Just posted above. I reinstalled app and got same results. However, I started tapping where I thought the "Accept" button might be and accidentially touch just below bottom border line (progress line) and the buttons appeared. I was able to continue through rest without problems.

After clicking on "Public Health requirements" there is no acknowlegement button for the admonition. Bottom border line of page just blinks at a rapid pace.

ArriveCan app doesn't recognize password. But is now frozen in an unending loop for over an hour. It doesn't tell me password is wrong. Just frozen. So I can't click "forgot password" or anything else to get out of password hell. Will have to try to uninstall ArriveCan App and start over tomorrow.

Notice: Starting October 1, 2022, all COVID-19 border requirements, including vaccination, mandatory use of this app, and any testing and quarantine/isolation requirements will end for all travellers entering Canada whether by land, air or sea. this app no longer collects information on behalf of Public Health Agency of Canada. this app still contains Advance CBSA Declaration, which allows you to answer customs and immigration questions up to 72 hours in advance of flying into Canada.  By submitting your customs and immigration information in advance, you will spend less time at a primary inspection kiosk (PIK) or eGate when you arrive at the airport.  Once your identity has been confirmed, your Advance CBSA Declaration will be retrieved from this app for you to review and certify.  At the border, you will be prompted to scan your travel document at a primary inspection device and confirm your identity.  Use of the Advance CBSA Declaration feature of this app is entirely optional.  It is currently available to international air travellers who enter Canada at selected airports.  If changes are required, you can edit and update your declaration prior to certification.  This contributes to shorter line-ups in arrivals halls.  Please refer to the accessibility notice for ArriveCAN: app.  ArriveCAN supports English, French and Spanish (displayed in the language of your device).
