I have a problem with campersAPP

User reports:
No current problems

- The CampersAPP is not very user-friendly and hides most, if not all, capabilities.

- Information that a camper needs to make decisions is missing from the app.

- The reviewer believes that the app was developed for fun and not as a serious app.

- The reviewer had to delete and reload the app constantly, especially if cell reception was poor.

- The app did not allow the reviewer to order mini golf for their granddaughter, which was a big disappointment.

Doesn't work or load if frezzes

To resolve campersAPP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the campersAPP App
1. On android, goto Settings » campersAPP » click [Force Stop]

Clear campersAPP App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » campersAPP » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart campersAPP.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click campersAPP » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto campersAPP » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch campersAPP
