I sent $100 in btc to this wallet and I cannot figure out how to send payment. Can’t contact developer??? Help!

PundiWallet rarely works. It constantly errors out. 👎👎👎

I managed to do the staking past the first transaction. After that when I stake the amount of PUNDIX the transaction fails. But that is the problem there is a problem with the smart contact as the transaction fails instantly. Tried it twice with normal and fast and the transactions failed instantly. Lost over $55 usd in transaction feees. Submitted a request on the 8th and the team has yet to answer. Completely useless. DO NOT STAKE you will loose your ETH in fees and transactions will fail.

I wanted to swap my Pundix for USDT. I paid the HIGH gas fee only for my for my gas fee to be stolen and pundix remain in the pundix wallet. NO USDT!!! A friend of mine tried to swap hers the same say and had the EXACT same thing happen to her.

This is a money pit. I lost $86 in gas fees purchasing pundix, then pundix is constantly dropping and losing value which has cost me another $200, now I can’t get the remaining funds OUT of the Wallet which is $260! I just burned nearly $600 on NOTHING!

DO NOT USE APP!

For some strange reason when I attempt to stake my newly swapped crypto. After hitting the Stake Now function, I’m unable to enter in an amount to Stake. I have over 100 available but nothing I press will bring up the keyboard to enter. The 25% buttons are not working either or I would have just hit Max.

PundiWallet just got an update as well so not sure what the issue is. I’m using an iPhone currently.

When I try to setup backup the application locks and I have to terminate PundiWallet .

I paid my gas fee and used the preset swap old npxs to new Pundi X coin that was preset in PundiWallet and I never received my new tokens it’s successful in the block chain but the funds aren’t showing in my wallet

No matter when I try to unstake my PUNDIX, I’m hit the the “Insufficient ETH to cover fee.” Now, I have tokens stuck in this wallet forever.

I paid $25 in gas fee to swap my USDT to PundiX. They did took my money but they never swapped my coins. Now I’m stuck with USDT and gas fees are off the roof. These people are thieves... You should be ashamed.

Please help to restore my wallet please. I lost word phrase and phone got restored.

I haven’t used PundiWallet for any token transfers so I can’t write much about it. But the interface looks good and easy to use.

My only issue is the gas fees other than that I was really grateful for my fx tokens for staking pundix

At first PundiWallet is a bit confusing, but with a little research and some help from their extremely responsive community, this is a great crypto wallet! You can earn free crypto by delegating coins, or by storing other cryptocurrencies in the wallet. Additionally, you can purchase crypto directly from PundiWallet . They’re making constant improvements so it will only get better

As several people have stated, this is the first interation of a pretty diverse app. As such there is room for improvement, but it fully works as is. It is a shame to see all the negative reviews which are NOT the apps fault, but rather people NOT familiar with the staking/swapping process on the Ethereum network (and they would have the same problems in any app). PundiWallet works perfect in those regards, people just need to be more familiar with the process. PundiWallet also gives you multiple Ethereum addresses per account, which was a nice surprise so you can organize your funds in different ways. I appreciate the 24 word default security. They have also added a “pending transaction” icon which is super useful. PundiWallet works great and is almost my main wallet, just needs a few things.

Recommendations (in order)

1.Night-mode: allow a dark theme for night use.

2.Multiply Wallets: while you get 10 new addresses with new accounts. It would be great to import multiple wallets and switch between them for users who have older wallets.

3.Small issue, but font size. While everyone will be happy with the easy interface, I wish there was a way to shrink the font.

This is a great app that works!

It takes 2 transactions to complete the swap and both require gas fees. I had no problems at all 🎯

Very straightforward for the newb to understand what assets are being held, sending/receiving assets…very functional and simple to use. Keep it up.

Do not listen to uneducated clowns who have PundiWallet 1 star. Everything works fine and there are no issues. People are just being dumb and blaming it all on app. Just ignore it. Didn’t have issues with app a single time. Good job and thank you!

Sooo the NPXS to PUNDIX swap was successful - however anything else I am trying to do/swap/convert doesn’t work.
Just eats my ETH.

Swapped my pundix and money disappeared and just never got the exchange 👍.

The swap fee for ethereum to the new Pundix was $68 .... for a $286 purchase this is a scam.

So I sent my telcoin to functionx wallet from kucoin the balance from 101,322. However it got sent to functionx successfully because I received a notification and on the etherscan it says it. Now the balance is not showing in the wallet and 101,322 is showing as 0.0000000000101322 which is very weird because it is backwards need help immediately please thanks.
