Wallet not depositing my rewards. I pay to collect and rewards never show up. It has robed me of 3000 tokens already. I have wrote the Zen desk support for 2 weeks with NO return message?FX support six sucks!!!

The fx wallet application cannot be used. after data import. the application exits itself. Deleted data & memory. uninstall & reinstall. the result is still the same.

How to fix Pundi Wallet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pundi Wallet app on iPhone
Update Pundi Wallet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pundi Wallet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pundi Wallet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pundi Wallet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pundi Wallet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pundi Wallet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pundi Wallet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pundi Wallet » click [Force Stop]

Update Pundi Wallet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pundi Wallet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pundi Wallet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pundi Wallet.

Fix Pundi Wallet unable to contact server/ Pundi Wallet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pundi Wallet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pundi Wallet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pundi Wallet
