I don’t really like the app. Just needed it once
They will not get back toTo me on customer service I am trying to cancel my three day trial because I cannot afford the fees after that and I’ve sent them three or four emails and I’m going to get the BBB involved and send the emails

Looks like a picture
I was expecting this to look more like how it does when you use a printer, however it was not any better than simply taking a picture of what I needed scanned.

Misleading
Video shows old photo improvement, but didn’t find it. Nor did I receive a reply from support. I want to drop the signature during test/free time.
