It always say “Cannot connect to server. Check you internet connection.” This is what a government banking app. Says a lot about government. Who they hire. How they function.
I have tried to log in last 2 days but failed. Error message is “ Sonali e-Wallet cannot connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Where as I am connected and running my regular app smoothly. It’s frustrating.

I have been trying to sign up for 3 weeks and still dont know why i am not getting the approval to use it? Isnt it my right to open and use SonalieWallet under my account? It is frustrating and annoying! I credit them for deploying SonalieWallet , however I am not at all satisfied for their services. Which should be their priority.
Today I updated my application but after updating it don’t work and I can’t login anymore.
No user experience criteria is considered at all. The developers are unprofessional. SonalieWallet doesn’t even keep stable connections let alone allowing 5 minutes operations. Once an account is open in one device, you can’t switch phones because you won’t be able to access without the first device. What a load of nonsense!

I can't login app. It showing that "Can not connect to the server" though i tried through wifi and mobile data both. Please fix this issue.

To enhance the user interface and user experience, it is essential to improve and add beneficial features globally. Currently, the fund transfer features are segmented; for example, NPSB and BFTN are treated as separate features. A unified transfer feature would streamline the process, allowing users to select the transfer mode when initiating a transaction. Additionally, incorporating bank account details when saving a beneficiary would eliminate the need to re-enter this information for each transaction. These improvements are crucial for making the system more efficient and user-friendly.
When i install SonalieWallet and try to login into my account it doesn’t work. Instead it says device jailbroked. But my device is not jailbroken. Please fix this issue ASAP
Sometimes SonalieWallet crashes while doing transactions and shut downs which is really a big strain for intense transaction moments..Hope the SBL Ltd authority will look over into the matter
Wallet Cannot work! Fix it no internet connection
It’s okay for primary uses. But for better service you have to improve or upgrade in some area of this apps. Like: mini statements, account balance checking, money deposit.
Above areas are need to upgrade your system as like easy & smooth.
Please take a look at this problem, login doesn't seem to happen anymore even if the internet connection's stable!

At last an autonomous Bangladeshi bank has introduced Internet Banking. I have done some transactions which were smooth but only BEFTN available. Hopefully, they will add NPSB soon. In my opinion, two things they should definitely add, “Benificiary Management” & “Statement with time frame”.
Incredible and user friendly
I updated SonalieWallet and now I can't sign in to my account. Even I can't see sign in option. I click to open SonalieWallet and within seconds it close automatically.
Older version worked well on my phone.
Very much handy and trustworthy apps so far I’ve used. Thank you Sonali bank.
