I have been trying to sign up for 3 weeks and still dont know why i am not getting the approval to use it? Isnt it my right to open and use the app under my account? It is frustrating and annoying! I credit them for deploying the app, however I am not at all satisfied for their services. Which should be their priority.

No user experience criteria is considered at all. The developers are unprofessional. This app doesn’t even keep stable connections let alone allowing 5 minutes operations. Once an account is open in one device, you can’t switch phones because you won’t be able to access without the first device. What a load of nonsense!
Not connecting to server

I have tried to log in last 2 days but failed. Error message is “ Sonali e-Wallet cannot connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Where as I am connected and running my regular app smoothly. It’s frustrating.
