Good Afternoon, More than 2 weeks ago the Zoe App has ceased to work on my Huawei tablet. I have tried to contact you through the emails you send to me but to date I am still waiting for a reply. Has the Zoe App been upgraded that means that anyone with an older tablet/smart phone been locked out of the app because the Zoe App is no longer will run on older operation systems. When I try to activate my Zoe App the new screen opens up and the screen goes blue as before but no text or visuals appear. As I have been a subscriber for over 700 days I will miss reading the material on your App. Kind Regards, Frank Pessell
My email is about to change please don't use the one above anymore, use:- chezpeck@redacted I have had trouble getting this information to you!!
I received my kit box but have forgotten my password. I have tried to access my login and informed that I would receive an email from your organisation. Despite several attempts I have not received a response and was informed to contact Zoe. Please advise. Kevin B Curran. serial no. on kit box: 5031059-BOX1

The app is super easy to use but I think it needs to include additional dataset requests. Given the rate of new cases, adding datasets for testing availability, known incidents of exposure including where that exposure occurred ( work, church, school etc), and what protective measures were being utilized when the exposure occurred (ie mask, social distancing, hand sanitizer, vaccination without any additional measures etc). The only truly accurate way to disseminate false information regarding this virus is through data collection from individual personal experience. Have you lost a friend or family member to Covid/Covid complications, have you had a family member or friend test positive?
In the area we live doctors and nurses aren’t reporting information accurately due to personal and political biases. I’ve been told by countless people that their doctors & healthcare professionals have told them not to get vaccinated, that this isn’t that big of a deal, etc and I experienced the same commentary from emergency room staff in two separate facilities in two separate states , both small town hospitals in dominant politically conservative areas, even though their hospitals are at or over capacity with Covid patients who are critically ill. The line between political beliefs and scientific evidence skewed to support the political belief over scientific evidence to the contrary.

First, I’m glad there is an app developed for tracking & research of COVID-19. It was simple to set up an account & allowed me to also add a profile for my 90 year old mother. I found the process easy to log in daily with my symptoms (feeling well thankfully at this point). I DO recommend people sign up as it could be helpful in understanding more about the disease & how it spreads. However, they are missing some questions/info that I feel should be asked & included: 1) It should be tracking your potential exposure by monitoring what you’ve been doing/ where you’ve been (I.e., at home, getting outside/exercising, shopping, visiting friends/family, going to work, social distancing or gathering in groups, etc), 2) include symptoms such as lower grade fever and loss of taste & smell 2) asking more specifically when/where you traveled 3)city/county where you live 4) whether you’ve been wearing mask while shopping/going out in public 5) if you do suspect you have COVID-19, have you consulted with a doctor or self-quarantined. Overall, it’s simple & may provide some useful data and worth participating.

I find the app very easy to use, but have one suggestion for the days when “I’m not feeling quite right”. A week ago, I developed acute, severe shoulder pain. It was bad enough to go to Urgent Care and get checked out. While I waited to be seen, I started to fill out the app. Of course I checked the box saying I wasn’t feel great. I expected the series of questions, but I was quite surprised to see no option to let you know that whatever was wrong was in no way related to Covid. I finally quit answering questions because I couldn’t find an option that allowed me to be truthful. After I was back home with a diagnosis of severe rotator cuff calcification tendinitis, I finally found an option that said something like: have seen medical professionals and was not diagnosed with Covid. It would have been nice to see an option far earlier in the questions like: am seeking medical support for ortho, chronic, or other issue not related to (list of C-19 symptoms).
