Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FPL EVolution app issues:

Force Stop the FPL EVolution App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FPL EVolution app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FPL EVolution to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FPL EVolution App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FPL EVolution app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FPL EVolution.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FPL EVolution » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FPL EVolution » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FPL EVolution on android.

Start Charging: Scan the code on any FPL EV charger to connect to the charging station. Get Notified: Receive notifications on your charging session when you enable push notifications. Create a user profile: See your charging history and trends, including miles added and cost.
