MyGalen does not allow for easy navigation, there is no home button upon login to backtrack & requires login credentials every single time.
There is literally zero purpose of this “app.”
It feels on brand for Galen to have a useless thing touted as a benefit.
Why do I have to log in each time? Also you can’t even see any of your test results because they aren’t displayed correctly. Useless app.
Please do better for the member experience. We pay a ton of money for healthcare and deserve fully functional systems to access our providers, statements. and test results.
There are limited options and you don’t have a back button. It also makes you sign in every single time.
