Bought this app Oximeter which reads a bit high. Downloaded app to iphone7 with iOS 14.2 (reviewers take note without these details your revie has no value) HealthTree opens and then the connection spinner goes around but the unit never connects. Also would not connect to our iPhone SE or iPad mini2. I wish people involved with these devices would have better quality control, we need these for COVID recovery. PS this app website is invalid 2021.01.17. Apple should remove HealthTree.

Do not buy for Apple health integration. Very inaccurate.

Bought the oximeter specifically because it had an app. Device itself is the pretty much the same as any other and gave accurate readings. App did not work for any phone we tried to use it with. Tried to reach out to customer service. Months have gone by with no reply. App is apparently worthless and customer service was non existent. Stay away from this company and this device.

App is very simplistic, and my only use for it is to upload readings to Apple Health. Unfortunately HealthTree or device generates false pulse readings when I take off the device. My pulse can be 66 steadily for as long as the device is sampling, but when I remove the unit, I often get readings of 127. That invalid data is what Health and HealthTree itself track, which makes this device and app useless. Not worth the time or money.

Oximeter works well. App loads some data to Apple Health accurately and some is just noise. Make ANY graph or analysis inaccurate. App will display O2 levels only on first read. After that just 3 dots. On the background data it is registering only some of the resdings. Inaccurate data is worse than no data. Dont waste time with app

Installed app on 3 diff Apple devices, and all 3 show white font on white background on alarm and history icons, at top of home page. It’s great if you want to keep these options a secret.
The calendar on history page is off, as well as the time. And there does not appear a way to set to current date (unless the setting option is hidden with black font on black background).
However, the recording has the correct date and time stamp. Go figure!

The Oximeter itself works but as to how well it works is unknown at this time. 🤔
Regarding the Oximeter Store App and the Export Function shows up only in Chinese Characters! Perhaps an update is in order to change the Export Function to English Characters.

HealthTree or the Oximeter are not compatible and haven’t improved. Wouldn’t have purchased if I’d known how poorly it worked together.

Don’t waste your money like I did. HealthTree doesn’t work. Unable to connect with customer service.

can’t even use HealthTree . the numbers do not record what the oximeter is displaying. HealthTree keeps going when the oximeter isn’t even on my finger and no longer has the batteries in it. do not recommend.

It doesn’t even connect to my phone or HealthTree!!

Not working, horrible app. I wanted to return it but I threw the box zero start.

Was really excited to use HealthTree with the device but I am majorly disappointed. The device works fine and it is instantaneously picked up by HealthTree but it fails miserably. It beeps nonstop and it doesn’t display the correct values that is being displayed on the device, NEVER!

Mr. Guangdong,
I was very excited about using a Bluetooth oxygen meter. The HW device works ok. I am an asthmatic and I need to record and send reports to my doctor. Could you do me a favor and tweak a few features? We’d all greatly appreciate it!
1. Can you add an option to be able to change the trend chart from a Black background to a white background with red and blue colors. I cannot print black a background. I believe this would bring better value for the tool/app.
2. There’s a defect in the trend whenever the heart rate is off the chart. I think if you just make it null or an empty value, it will just connect the dots making a solid line.

Displays sensor data, graphs data over time, and provides data to iOS health app. Basically works as advertised.

Why all the bad reviews I don’t know,
They are not deserved.
PROs:
1. Sends data to Apple’s Health app
2. The graph waveform is accurate.
With it I can see PVCs, PACs, AFib if you know what to look for. I have been using Cardiio App for four years which is great so thru experience I know what to look for.
3. The Bluetooth connection works perfectly no problem and is automatic with nothing for user to do,
CONs
Or things I would like to see or changed.
1. Where to send feedback?
2. Change colors. Need more contrast on the graph wave form. Hard to see.
It is not this but similar to purple background with blue lines.
Also remember to some people red and green are close to being similar. Nothing wrong with choosing black and white,
The graph or waveform is so great that I would like to be able to copy it,
To make it simple for the developer tie this feature in with the built in Apple Recorder. That is how I currently save the video of the waveform, But if I wake up with a heart issue I don’t want to add the Apple Recording on my own and then also have to shut it down.
3. When I remove my finger from the oximeter that data is sent to the Apple Health app so I have to delete it.
That’s it
Again still NOT sure why the negative reviews. HealthTree is NOT to analyze your data. HealthTree is to store your data to be analyze.
Bottom Line:
If you are looking for an app to diagnose your health issues look elsewhere.
If you are looking for an app that will store your pulse oximeter data seamlessly with the Apple Health app and display an actual working live real time graph similar to the Cardiio App then this is a five star for you

HealthTree worked fine until the last release.
Your latest release doesn’t account for larger fonts on my phone. I just see three dots for the reading. Scale down your fonts accordingly. I don’t want to reduce the font size on my phone, I need it for better visibility. All other apps scale with no problems.
Thanks.
