I love Roger Raglin. Just no other way to say it. I love the guy. He’s honest, funny, down to earth .... just a regular dude who spends his life doing what he ( and I ) loves. And then has the humility that once he got too heavy... was generous enough to show other folks how to lose the weight using his proven method. As I said.. I have always watched him thru the years... and the longer I watched him the more I appreciated him. And oddly, that appreciation somewhere along the line turned into love. Love Mr. Raglin and all he stands for. Been watching his shows for decades and his diet has been a blessing to many people. The information of his diet has reached thousands of people and has probably saved many lives as well as given quality lives to countless people. In my opinion this is legendary.
I love being able to pull them up whenever I need to and watch. Most of them are not long. It really helps to rewatch them to make sure I’m staying on track.
I also enjoy the interaction between people sharing food ideas, encouraging others and answering questions.
My husband and I are starting the roger Raglin diet in the next couple days. I totally agree with the first few videos and think the support and doing it together will make us successful. The way roger talks about it is what impresses me. Just saying what he did and not trying to sell anything. Can’t wait to see how well we can do!
