Placed order10-23-2023, 11/8/2023 still not received order contacted customer service, 11/3,11/4,11/7,11/8, I have wasted, 2-1/2 hours on calls to customer service, couldn't get any results. Usually delivery is within 2 days, Shipper states it's fedx, problem, Fedx states it's the shippers problem.

I placed an order on 1-2-23 was told order would be shipped in 3 to 4 days. 16 days later I got 1 item. 10 days later I got some of my order .Still missing 3 items.After phone calls and emails was told remaining items would arrive on 1-28-23. 1 item was sent.Now it is 2-11-23 and still missing 2 items. I have made phone calls and emails and still nothing.I was told that my account was placed with another service.I would like to know why,l have always had FirstLine.This new company SUCKS!,! I They not only still have my items but also my money .Please get me the rest of my items . Thanks

I wish you would go back to Walmart or your last supplier for the products you send us because every order I make you are out of at least 2 items I order, and usually their is no substitute for it! On my recent order you were out of 5 items I wanted! only 1 of those had an equivalent or similar replacement and it was $5.00 higher!

Today I recieved my small order that I had placed Saturday. Today is Monday. When I opened the box I discovered that the item ... support,back,pulley system, s/m was damaged and unable to be used.It is item CURORT225SMHH, customer item no. 4623. I have never dealt with a company with nothing but lies and evasions like First Line Benefits before. Every quarter there is an issue with my order and last quarter when my order didnt ship, I was told I had to contact the shipping company myself to see what the hold up was and was told that it was First Line Benefits who had not shipped the order out yet. This quarter, my order was placed on 10/11/22 and today, 10/18/22 I checked my account and AGAIN my order has not shipped. I called and talked to Christine who told me that First Line Benefits were 'OVERWHELMED' with orders from the '1st' of the month and that I would receive my order in 3 days!! What a lie!!! If they haven't shipped out the 1st of the month orders yet, do they really think I will get mine in 3 days?? CANNOT BELIEVE A COMPANY LINE UHC would be affiliated with a company like this! GO BACK TO WALMART!!!!!!!

I have previously received my orders from First Line Benefits without any problems; starting in 2022. On October 1, 2022, I went on-line and selected the products I wanted and submitted my order. As of today, Sunday, October 16, 2022, I have not received my order. I went on-line last week and using the Fed-EX tracking- I discovered that the wrong address was used for shipment. Fed-Ex delivered my box to my former address in Crowley, TX! I verified my address (as I always have done) before submitting my order. I typed my comments on-line to Fed-Ex and have not heard one word regarding my shipment. I also sent notification to First Line Benefits and was informed thru their typing message format, I would hear back within 2 business days. Unfortunately, I still am in the dark..........No package, No call back, No nothing! PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE MY MESSAGE. I WOULD APPRECIATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO MY INQUIRY AND AT THE VERY LEAST, THE PRODUCTS I ORIGINALLY ORDERED ON OCTOBER 1ST BE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS I HAVE NOTED WITH FIRST LINE BENEFITS.

Receive order #0569732727on oct 13,2022. The box was fine, the products inside looked like they were delivered to someone else and returned, the band-aid box was crushed and also the bath mat was not even in the box completely. We would like these produces replaced and we would be more than happy to send you the old ones back if you supplied us with the shipping box and postage.

I received only a part of my order only two items instead of three. The packing list states that there are 3 items in the box, the missing item is Voltaren 1% gel 100GM 2/bx. not in the box. I also received a second box contain a kind of nasal tube which I never ordered and was not part of my order. I think this could be due to packing error. Please expedite and send the missing item which is Voltaren 2/bx. Thank you. Please instruct how and where to return the wrong item- nasal tube!

placed order have not received it. said order was in process. 4/8/2022 . called 2 weeks and every 2 weeks after and still have not received my benefits. called and sent email. said in email would reorder and send. still nothing. now supervisor said my fault for not calling. they are very incompetent and probably getting paid from unh and not shipping things . so its a win win. i call it fraud on unh and on insured persons because we paid for this beneft. plese send me my order. stop blaming people and fed ex and anyone but youselves. you droped ball make it right. unh should drop you. the organization very unprofessional and no common sense.

Just received my order from 5/1/2022. I ordered Osteo Bi-Flex trpl strength tab 80/bt 2pk which I got. I also ordered 4 bags of cough drops honey lemon 30 ct. Instead, I got 4 bottles of 8.8 oz Guardian prebiotic fiber supplement. I have no use for this product and I would really like to receive the cough drops. How do I get what I ordered and what do I do with the product I didn't order?

This company is being run like a moms and pops company operating out of their garage since the beginning of January I’ve been trying to place an order, didn’t allow me to because of items out of stock on 01/31/22 the order was finally made they dragged me along for the rest of February until they canceled my order without my knowledge when I found out I placed a different order to exclude out of stock items order accepted on 03/06/22 today is 03/10/22 and the same cycle begins all over .DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ITS A PIECE OF SHIT

March 3, 2022 I am writing in regards to an order I placed on January 27, 2022. On March 1, 2022, at approximately 10:00 I contacted the company at 1-800-933-2914 as I had not received the products that I ordered. I spoke with a very nice young lady by the name of Sabrina who stated the order had been placed on hold because two of the products were not yet available, Tums and Centrum. I asked was there a reason that no one contacted me to let me know as if I had not called, I would never have heard from the company. She apologized for my not being contacted there was no reason listed. She stated she would substitute if okay by me, I stated yes. I also asked why do they have on the order form (By checking the box, I accept substitutions if desired item is not in stock) if that’s not going to be utilized? She stated as a result of substitution I had a credit of $15.53 and that I could order up to that amount for the order. I was driving at the time to Dr appt. and stated I would call back when I got home. She stated fine just call back within 24 hours. I thanked her as she was very professional and communicated very well. I called First Line when I arrived home around. After being on hold quite sometime and Labetha answered, asked how could she help and promptly hung up the phone. I called back on hold short period of time and the survey came up but no one else ever came on the phone. At this time I was frustrated and decided to call the next morning. I called 3-2-22 around 9:00 am spoke with another professional speaking person who stated his name was Thomas. I explained the situation, he apologized for my trouble, he stated he did not have the authorization to complete my offer and he would contact supervisor to give the authorization. He came back on line and stated supervisor said no I could not add to order. I was very confused, as I had been told that I could. I requested the supervisor’s name that denied the request, he stated with the system, he could not provide that but after he would hang up, it would show on his system and the supervisor would provide when they got on the phone. He stated he could transfer me into supervisor portal which he did and I spoke with Leticia who only kept giving me the procedure and did not listen to the present situation as I tried to explain what I had been told by Sabrina. She stated it did not matter, as the system does the processing. I asked what supervisor had denied the request, she stated there was no way for her to know even though I was told by Thomas she would. She stated she did not know a Thomas, that it was a Roy that had transferred the call to her. First of all this is over $15.53. I am not destitute, this is the principle of how you are running your business. There is no consistency among communication provided to the customer. An order placed on January 27, not received by March 1, customer contacts and you state it’s on hold with no communication to the customer that it is on hold. You state on your form (By checking the box, I accept substitutions if desired item is not in stock) What’s the purpose of the statement. Would just like to know your proper procedure.

FirstLine Benefits, an affiliate of OptimusRx, is hiding its face behind the cleverly created Return Policy. No Returns, no Exchanges! Even if this is the company's fault. I ordered two 9in long, size S Knitted Neoprene Elbow Support Sleeves from their United Healthcare 2022 Essentials+Catalog according to the catalog picture and description on 01/10/22. Sales Order: 0545597455 (item 4613 - $8.99 each). Instead I received some substitute product which is made of some Solid Non-stretchable Neoprene and is only 5in long. This product is completely useless and is not what was advertised in the catalog. Unfortunately my multiple phone calls to this company did not resolve the problem. Even though they agreed that they sent me the wrong product, they refuse to exchange it with the one they advertised in their catalog. How can I be sure that my next order will be properly processed and completed? Filed a complaint with the United Healthcare.

I placed on order on 1-19-2022 Have not received it called company several times they tried to tell me that FedEx had my order called FedEx several times gave them tracking number ,they said they don’t have it because company never took my order to a drop off only created a label electronically,(I didn’t know at first but now I know it means nothing to me to have an electronic label cteated I have been told this by FirstLine benefits every time I call,company has also told me my order in in Rialto CA (I guess at OR) which made me very happy because I thought I would be receiving soon...not true it wasn’t there ...they also told me some other place had it (don’t remember the name Med something or other and they are always going to escalate my case,asked for managers and called my insurance to report they claime it will be taken care last time I reported again they said it would have to be reordered...I assumed new order so new tracking number to call FedEx and inquire about delivery status I find out tracking number is the same....so my question is have the products that I ordered been reordered ? At this point why can’t my order just be canceled and return my credits so I can start over they claim they can’t....this is my first experience with this company it was changed from Walmart never had a problem when my ordered products came from Walmart my order was here in 2 days at the most 3 Why were we changed to First line....Something is wrong with this Company

Place is bad, never have the right items,buy the time I get my credits, credit were going on the account,on oct now after waiting on the phone to tell me no credits,what kind of place is this, get some body to run this company that takes care of the people.buy the time I get my credits you will be out, what a joke. I called they said you have no credits,they would not even let talk to someone, they have sent me the wrong stuff in the past, this place need help. Just a wast of time, the person said call back next week after I was holding on the phone for 15 minutes, I am going to call United healthcare, this service is bad.

Lousy company

This company is the one United Health Care chose to administer their OTC benefits for their Medicare Advantage plans including AARP’s. I think they are owned by a subsidiary. They not only don’t have an adequate selection, they don’t care & don’t want suggestions as to what to add. The worst part is that I don’t get a debit card so I can at least go to Walmart. I tried to buy some overpriced cough medicine last week & the app told me that I had to buy at least $30 worth of stuff to use it. REALLY??? The only time I’ve spent that much at one time was at the end of a quarter when I was trying to use up the money.

Remove item.

Trying to remove an item that’s not on sale any more, I understand it’s not on sale I’m not trying to buy it. It’s the fact I’m hitting removed item and it wants me to contact support at 10:56 pm and I have to wait tell 7:00am when it’s a easy issue I can fixe when I know customer support going to treat me dumbfounded on a system issue not removing items after I buy and keeping it there. No info on products

The app does not give any info on the products. It gives no info about each product, I.e., the disposable pads for $35 with no number of pads listed; the electric heating pad with no info on levels of heat, as in, low, med, high, or just low and high?? And no idea what material the cover is, or if it’s removable, washable?? I appreciate getting the products, but it would be helpful to know more about them.
