    A lot of people are rating FirstLine Benefits pretty low but you type your insurance member id and name in lower case. It’s very convenient I love this app. When I first signed on it told me I didn’t have benefits but when I proceeded the way mentioned in my comment it worked. Thanks

    This app is easy to use. I have not had any issues with it. Check your balance. Shop in the app. Scan products. Everything good so far.

    Love the FirstLine Benefits App! The ability to scan in-store is fantastic to know what is an approved item. This is a super helpful tool. 👍🏻. Very easy to use!!

    I get logged into a different device

    Funny thing is I logged out of the actual webpage to log into the app can you please fix this

    OTC products

    App said I didn’t even have an account. I just used my card at Walgreens last week. Not good. Couldn’t even get my balance.

    App always say no items, even though it works every now and then, and you know they have items! Please fix will change rating, as of now it’s to broken.

    It says I’m logged in from another device and that’s not true . I called the number in the back of the card and I was on hold for a long time with no answer.

    Don’t waist your time. Created an account, then says account is being used by another user on this phone ID

    This was the first thing that I saw when I tried to open this app. I never open apps that are not secure.

    App says Im logged in on a different device and also says my user id is with a different account. It’s weird.

    Can’t sign in

    The website will not let me sign in and the app wants to send a text for code to my landline which doesn’t receive texts. I did call that number. They could not fix my problem. The website still doesn’t recognize me and the app still wants to send a code to my landline. I still can’t use the app. But I was able to sign on by using chrome instead of Safari. So I can now use the website but not the app which is fine.

    need a cell phone to activate

    Tried to create an account but the app need a cell phone to text a code verification. People with no cell phone can not create an account as there is no alternative to this step. Went to website as suggested. I was able to create an account through this portal and use the login info for the mobile app. I understand work around on the app is coming.

    Unable to even log in

    I’m guessing this company is being inundated with phone calls due to issues logging into both its website and mobile app. I was able to verify that I was using the correct username, but the application said that I was using an incorrect password. When I requested to reset my password using the app, I never received the email that would enable me to reset it. Thinking that the issue may be specific to the mobile app, I tried the website. This time, I received an email containing a link to reset the password, but the link took me to a page that said, “This site can’t be reached”. When I tried calling FirstLine Benefits customer service, I received a recorded message giving me the option to remain on hold for at least 5 minutes or receive a call back. I chose the call back option, and received the call back about 20 minutes later. The call back was also a recorded message that asked me to press 1 to speak to customer service. When I pressed 1, nothing happened - no background music, just dead silence- I waited for about 3 minutes and finally hung up. So frustrating and such a waste of time!!

    No code sent

    I’m trying to reset my password with no luck. This app keeps telling me they’re sending a code to my email address, which I know they have the correct email address. However, I’m not receiving any code. So far this app is useless

    Needs email code

    Developers, when I tried to sign in for the first time it wants to send a code to make sure it’s me. But it keeps wanting to send it to my home phone gives me no other choice to receive the code like to my email would be a good idea
