I have access more app on my phone before but I can't remember my username and password so how can I delete it

Please fix your bank management and your workers.

The worse banking system is Diamond bank. In this universe, Diamond bank is the most terrible bank. How can you be calling and they hang the calls on you and leave you without meeting your expectations? I was asked to download this app in which I deed but the login process is so annoying. I follow all the steps I was told to but all my effort result in nothing. I followed the procedure but in the end, was “your account is been disabled” for what...? Why...? Then I call back to lay my complaint and my calls were declined just imagine..., the mobile APP is not good and now you are bringing another one. The mobile app only allowed me to do transactions only once a day and any time I try to do the second transaction it keeps on saying “you have exceeded your transaction limit...common..not even a big amount oooh just a small amount but still I can't do another transaction. I laid a complaint about this several times but still, no one could reach out.

Worst bank ever!

This is the worst app ever!!! Disabled my account when I complained about their incompetency. At this point all I want to do is deactivate my account! The most horrible experience, I’ve been unable to make transactions for the past 2 days now, leaving me stranded. After complaining, they asked me to write a letter, I did and they claimed it was resolved. Only for me to check again and it was back to square 1, complained again and they ask me to write the same letter. That shows you that they don’t even follow up or check their mails, cos why would I do the same thing twice. I’m tired and frustrated!!!

Poor service, Poor handling

I had the access more app on my old phone and a very high limit, I changed phone and did change device, when I did this, my limit dropped even worse than my actual bank account limit and I’ve been unable to operate it as normal. This has hindered me a lot with the kind of work I do and that’s just depressing, I tried to increase limit on the app and I’m unable to, if there was a zero star rating that’s what I’d have given this app. There times when the app won’t even work properly, not showing completed transactions.
