Transacting on this app is now a gamble. Every stage is problematic, from logging in to beneficiary generation details and even the final step of entering password. The number of failed bank transfers is now alarming. Please fix it.
Worst bank ever with a lot of liars.
Collecting money for a Visa card that is not working. They knows it’s not working because I called customer care. Account officers which lies like no tomorrow.
Bad customer service and having error messages a lot everytime
The app crashes as Soon as the setting button is clicked. Latest iOS on iPhone 15 pro.
Beneficiaries tab has been long dead! But I use to live with that sad!
Please fix the notification feature. It keeps showing me that I have 4 notifications but when I checked , there was nothing there. It never goes away.
