imagin: More than mobile bank Reviews

It looks like they are trying to do a lot of fancy things and effects and that really slows imagin a lot.

You use imagin to check the money you have and maybe do a transaction. That should take 30 seconds. However, just login takes almost 30 seconds, and I have the latest iPhone, I don’t want to imagine how it would be for someone that has an iPhone 6.

The menu on the bottom is half useless, you never know where to find things by the icon, whenever I’m trying to do a transaction I have to check a couple items to remember which one was it.

Transactions don’t have the time... how is this still not available???

Guys, don’t lose your focus, you’re not participating in a design contest for apps, your trying to help people to get through their banking seamlessly, and taking into account that there’s no web access available (what a shame in 2019...) and imagin is the only way to do stuff it should be 10x better and easier to use.

Hey guys, your application is working as sheet.
Check how guys from Ukraine established monobank application. That how mobile banking should work!
1. Optimize is, cause it’s working slowly and always crashes (on the last devices)
2. Give opportunity to manage all the data inside imagin (all kind of statements, full process of payments etc)
3. Let it be possible to save cards of yourfriends without entering full pack of information!

Just doesn’t work. You go to sign in, after successfully signing up, and receive an error message. That’s it. I’m sure it works great for some people, but for me it’s just been a couple of hours wasted with customer service. Very friendly folks though.

I am unable to change my phone number without having my old number, which I don’t have.

The help bot does not respond. I am unable to solve any problems I am having with my account meaning my funds are not accessible to me.

Every other form of customer help redirects me back to imagin .

I like the design. Every transaction is going fast. imagin is very useful and beautiful :)

very low quality app and poor costumer service. it would not let use my money when I am overseas.

this app doesn’t let me connect by card or use bizum so it’s practically worthless. I can’t see my bank balance or transfer money.

I can’t seem to use the Touch ID function with the iPhone 8 Plus. Is it a bug or am I missing something?

Esta app esta buena, puedo realizar todo lo que necesito en mi día a día, pero es muy lenta.

Fabuloso banco digital

He visto pocas apps peores que esta, en lo que a experiencia de usuario se refiere. No tengo cuenta en lacaixa, y de hecho solo la utilicé porque me pidieron que me registrara para acceder a un espacio de coworking en Barcelona; pero ojalá nunca lo hubiera hecho y hubiera ido a la cafetería de enfrente!
Teclados que no están hechos para los campos de entrada de texto correspondiente, campos de email que constantemente corrigen las palabras y te obligan a escribir tu email 80 veces, links para restablecer tu contraseña que te llevan a páginas 404 y solo pueden ser abiertos desde tu móvil, y lo más molesto de todo: emails de marketing que empiezas a recibir desde el momento 1 Y DE LOS QUE NO PUEDES DARTE DE BAJA PORQUE EN LA APLICACIÓN PARA IOS NO EXISTE LA OPCIÓN DE DARTE DE BAJA EN EL MENÚ DE AJUSTES 🙂
Sinceramente, la interfaz parece hecha por chavales de prácticas que aún estás aprendiendo a programar y no por profesionales contratados para ello.

Tengo que estar constantemente borrando la aplicación y descargándola de nuevo. Solo me deja hacer login la primera vez. En los días siguientes, deja de funcionar y la pantalla muestra código de programación en lugar de palabras completas. Como no puedo acceder a mi cuenta, tengo que borrar la aplicación y bajármela de nuevo. Horrible.

Un poco lenta al abrir, pero por lo general muy bien, facil de usar y muy practica

Hace meses que abrí cuenta en La Caixa y desde entonces estoy intentando abrir una cuenta this app, pero es imposible. Nunca reconoce mis datos de usuario y cuando los renuevo vuelven a no funcionar una vez que salgo de la app. Y, cuando milagrosamente puedo entrar, sigo el proceso para abrir una cuenta y siempre se queda atascada en el último paso, y tengo que volver a empezar. Ahora para colmo, con la última versión, la app no solo se bloquea si no que también deja mi teléfono (iPhone 11 Pro actualizado) y tengo que reiniciarlo. Es desesperante.

He intentado mil veces pero no podría añadir nunca la tarjeta a apple pay en mi móvil ni Apple Watch!!!!!! El soporte no me contestó nada.
