The location nearest to me does not work in RoundTablePizzaRewards . The second closest allows for RoundTablePizzaRewards but no matter what the address is not valid. Any address. A google maps address self populated on the website but doesn’t work either. It’s like the development team stopped getting paid and went somewhere else part way through setting it up. Why does the website and RoundTablePizzaRewards need separate accounts? They send the same junk emails. This is a poorly designed app because there’s no actually functionality for it in regards to ordering. The same goes for the website. Isn’t that the point of all of this? Why wouldn’t I just google where the closest one is located? I don’t want to call. My order is less likely to be messed up if it’s in writing. I should be able to schedule the order too. How does this possibly have such a high rating? No one followed up with my email either.

Every time I try to open RoundTablePizzaRewards it just kicks me right out. I am forced to go to a computer because when you go on the website it also doesn’t work on my phone. It takes forever to load and I placed an order and when I got to the pizza place the order wasn’t there. I wasn’t able to pull up my order history in the pizza place because the website kept freezing so I personally think that RoundTablePizzaRewards and the website don’t work and because of this I’m going to start taking my business somewhere else because I really like to order via an app or a website before picking up
It’s really a shame because round table was my favorite pizza but this experience was terrible and I had to leave the pizza place with no food and go buy food somewhere else because there was a 40 minute wait even though I had placed an order

I recently went to round table and placed an order over $110, and was only given 15 points specifically telling me that I Donely spent $15 that is definitely not true as I have the receipt that shows that. I would not recommend RoundTablePizzaRewards for the rewards as you don’t get wet they promise. In addition, the ordering functionality is not usable for someone using the iPhone screen reader voiceover. Most of RoundTablePizzaRewards works, however customizing a pizza is not usable with the voiceover screen reader.

While I love around Table pizza, I am seriously disappointed with RoundTablePizzaRewards . There appears to be a serious disconnect at Round Table in regards to IT/technology rollout. When they first offered online ordering, nothing about the site was intuitive or easy to use, and I immediately gave up trying to use it. Now I’m trying RoundTablePizzaRewards , and everything I interact with is S-L-O-W. One example of the issues I see is choosing which location I want to pick up from. I had an entire order placed, tried to change the location and a window pops open warning me that if I do so I’ll have to start all over, which is what happened. They need to hire an app developer that know their business and totally revamp this thing.

When they first came out with RoundTablePizzaRewards it was great! Then they did an upgrade and now it’s a pain in the rear! It was so simple and it saved all your information (name, addresses and your credit card info) not anymore! You have to fill it all out every time you place an order. So I do order a little less then before. I use to use it when I work to place a lunch order, but it’s just easier to go through a drive through then pull over and fill all the info out and then have to wait 20 mins for it to be ready! I drive for a living.

Glad I read the reviews before creating a profile and signing up for rewards. Explored as guest first and looked for my closest RT which is two blocks away, and it was not in the order screen. There's a separate locations screen which DOES have my closest RT, but apparently they're not participating with RoundTablePizzaRewards yet, or they're waiting for it to go live for them. The closest one that is participating is 30 minutes away. Read past reviews and saw the same issue going backs months if not longer. Hopeful that all their franchises will start participating in RoundTablePizzaRewards soon a Rate is my favorite pizza chain. Until then, 1 star.

RoundTablePizzaRewards is seriously broken. Whoever Is responsible for the development of RoundTablePizzaRewards needs to work way more closely with a QA/UAT team. I got stuck registering my new account but it said my phone number was already in use. “Oops” but the verify screen didn’t have a back button. Okay, no problem, I’ll close RoundTablePizzaRewards entirely and then I’ll get back to the main screen. Nope, swipe off to close RoundTablePizzaRewards completely doesn’t actually shut RoundTablePizzaRewards down.

I can’t be sure if that’s an iOS 15.2.1 but on the iPhone 12 Pro Max but as it is, I just deleted RoundTablePizzaRewards . The fact there’s no back button from that screen is a wonder it passed QA.

It was really difficult to get my reward and then actually redeem it. I had to flip between screens and memorize a number and manually type it out. Also It didn’t remember my location and I had to enter it again at order time. Number fields bring up my alphabetical keyboard. Safari auto fill doesn’t work so I had to manually type my credit card number and other information. When ordering it kept telling me to login to my rewards account even though I am in RoundTablePizzaRewards .

I will probably never use RoundTablePizzaRewards again after getting my free reward.

RoundTablePizzaRewards is somehow worse than their website. Credit card info isn’t stored for future use, they codes the credit card box wrong so you can’t use auto fill. Once you order, everything basically disappears, you can’t find delivery time. You have to go to “order history” just to see that an order was in fact made on todays date, but no further info is provided. You also don’t get any kind of confirmation email, so I’m sitting here wondering if I’m really going to get my pizza, have to check my credit card app to confirm that I was charged. And just as I’m about to hit send, appx 40 minutes after I make the order, I get email confirmation of the order. App works, barely, better to just use the also, but slightly less terrible website. Hope the pizza is hot, because delivery is still 20+ minutes out through DoorDash. I really hope the driver doesn’t also have multiple other deliveries in opposite directions, as is a common issue with DoorDash.

Anytime I attempt an order 30 min later I go for the website or often give up and finish in 50 seconds with dominoes. Quite possibly the worst app that exists and I’ve said this for more than a year and still nothing functions as it should. Get with the times to stay in business because I should not have to call in orders that your site can’t take. If I didn’t use other sites all day everyday with ease you could wonder but it’s literally worse than a dial up phone

Download RoundTablePizzaRewards and signed up for rewards because of the free twists offer. Had a gift card for Xmas that doesn’t cover the price of any pizza. RoundTablePizzaRewards will not let you use the gift card, then a debit card to pay the remainder. It gives you an error/declined message with no pay in store option. I had to call the order in and do the split pay in store and didn’t get the free twists offer since I couldn’t order it on RoundTablePizzaRewards .

RoundTablePizzaRewards is great and works about 50% of the time. The main issue I have is that it automatically sets my order for “expected time, later” and I’m unable to change it to “now”. So half the time I can’t use RoundTablePizzaRewards because I want my order now and not in a few hours. I don’t understand why it doesn’t let me change it. I once pressed “now” and just hoped that it would fix itself and I didn’t get my food for 3 hours. If this issue could be fixed then RoundTablePizzaRewards would be perfect.

With online food ordering becoming so popular, it’s easy to compare what makes a good food ordering app. This one is ALMOST good except YOU CANT SEE WHAT YOUVE JUST ORDERED! Why, in this day and age, should you have to hunt all around RoundTablePizzaRewards to find out what your most recent order is? Every other app I’ve used shows what you ordered as soon as you’ve placed it. I don’t even get email confirmations! Why is this important? So you can confirm everything when you get your order and use it if there are issues at the restaurant. In our family, the person placing the order may not be the person picking up. The order is needed for confirmation. Please update RoundTablePizzaRewards !

Don’t like the fact that I log in, and then I have to log in one more time with in RoundTablePizzaRewards to be able to order. Also for older people I feel like RoundTablePizzaRewards would be hard to use. Is not as user friendly. Last when you buy through RoundTablePizzaRewards you have to ask for the receipt from the delivery guy to scan it in order to get points. First time I ordered I though your point got added automatically like it does with the dominos app but that’s not the case and the delivery guys didn’t leave a receipt. Not his fault. I should have know.

Overall. RoundTablePizzaRewards needs to improve a lot. Domino’s App is way better and easier to use. Learn from dominos Round Table. I pay $50 dollars for one pizza when I go all out, yet dominos who charges $7 for pizza has an App that makes Round tables’ App look like it was from 2010.

This is a pretty straightforward delivery app. Easy to navigate and easy to understand. The rewards program looks good too, though I haven’t used it yet.

The one thing it could really use is a “notes for the driver” section that would print onto the receipt. I live in an apartment complex with several buildings, and my building can’t be driven to. I’d like to be able to leave the driver a note about where to meet me.

Glad there is an app for this place but missing a couple key features. For one, when you order you can’t go back and see that order. There is an account history menu but it’s extremely limited and you can’t click into any lines to see further details.

Second thing missing is when you submit an order you’ll get a pickup time but if you leave that screen, the time is gone forever. There is nothing that I can see (I could be missing something) that can be referenced to see the pick up time for your order. Account History menu doesn’t show this.

Would be great to add these at some point but great app other than this.

Although this isn’t the closest round table to our house, it’s the one we visit most because the staff is so friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always well-maintained and clean. We really miss the buffet though! Hope it can return soon.

We have ordered delivery from our local Round Table many many times during COVID-19. Each time they are extremely prompt and accommodating. I should mention the pizza is delicious and my family and guests have loved it.
My sign in/password stopped working and I had to call in my order, a couple of times, I do have points and I hope they transfer over.

I have been ordering Round Table Pizza - cheese pizza for the boys and veggie pizza with customized toppings for us for the past 5 weeks since we moved to San Ramon CA. Our boys love the cheese pizza and the family enjoys the veggie pizzas. The crust and toppings are great, the pizza is well done and we look forward to having these over the weekend. A bit pricey but overall a great experience for the family. Service at the Market place location is courteous and friendly.

The reward system within RoundTablePizzaRewards is one of the best that I’ve seen you get free pizza after earning points.
The reward system is actually obtainable and not unreasonable. Also the customer service within RoundTablePizzaRewards is very reliable in helping with any trouble you might ever run into! Definitely recommend RoundTablePizzaRewards for people who eat at round table often!

Upon first opening RoundTablePizzaRewards right after installation, it stuck at the splash screen. The pinwheel spins endlessly.
Does this version works on xs Max?
Upgraded to latest iOS version n it works now. But still very buggy. Though standing next to the WiFi router, it still says no internet connection. My Apple news work fine! Has to turn off WiFi n forces it to use cellular data for it to work.

None of the locations near me offer online ordering, hell I can find any Bay Area locations that do. You would think that a company based out of Concord, CA would have locations in that city RoundTablePizzaRewards worked with. Only seems to have any value if you’re in Oregon or Washington.

I wasted about 20 minutes with this crap. RoundTablePizzaRewards can’t do basic location services. The closest store is 48 miles away when I know at least 3 stores about 5-15 minutes from my place. This what you get when you hire cheap developers to do the job. You save on RoundTablePizzaRewards , but lose on selling pizza. Good job CIO/CTO. Good job!

As mentioned by others here, RoundTablePizzaRewards won’t accept the migration of earned points even when the form is filled out as asked. To make matters worth, while points show on the website, they won’t let you use them when you order on their website. So as it stands there’s no means to use the program as unless (presumably) you start from 0.

Setup an account and one of the first things it has you do is mark your “favorite” locations, so I selected the restaurant by my house.

Try to place an order? First thing it does is ask you to pick a location. Every location option it gives is out of state and using the search box gives no results for my city or anywhere in California.

I wasted half an hour trying to place an order. After giving feedback on RoundTablePizzaRewards , here’s their response:
“All stores are not yet live in RoundTablePizzaRewards . More locations will become live over the next couple of months!”

RoundTablePizzaRewards never gave any indication that my preferred location is not available. If it doesn’t work right away, move onto some other solution.

Reading all these 5-star reviews, it looks like Round Table had their employees go on and review them. One sentence reviews, they all say the same thing. Highly suspicious.

As someone that doesn't work for RT and actually tried to use RoundTablePizzaRewards , I can tell you it's useless. When you create your account, it finds all the locations near you. But when you order, it gives you 3 locations in another state and won't let you change it. So I can't order from RoundTablePizzaRewards . Useless.

I love round table! It is a pain ordering from my phone without an app because of functionality issues. I downloaded RoundTablePizzaRewards , chose my favorite store location, but I cannot place an order. The search function indicated there were no stores near me, and only showed stores out of state. Uh? There is a store 1 mile from my house. I live in downtown Sacramento. I deleted RoundTablePizzaRewards for now. Calling the store is a nightmare because it's always some 19 year-old with poor phone manners and communication skills. I would rather do it online. Major bug! Please fix.

Yes I’m OK with the idea of RoundTablePizzaRewards for roundtable good for them. But RoundTablePizzaRewards is asking me to transfer my points system over to RoundTablePizzaRewards and now it won’t receive my phone number, it says it’s already taken, yes! It has! by me! Because I’m transferring my information over to RoundTablePizzaRewards .
How do I do this? I am I missing something?
