I love the food from this place, but many times I have had a delivery where they have forgotten to bring me an item. Through this app it was impossible to report a delivery problem and get any sort of refund. Even when I called the company directly to refund me for the missing items they said they would mail me a check and I never got anything. They are either thieves or incredibly incompetent. In store service before COVID-19 was outstanding so no fault on that part, but through this app and the delivery service... just don’t do it.

I’m excited for the rewards, but ordering on the app doesn’t work unless all items are available? What about taco Tuesday or other a la carte items? No option for Mango Salsa or kids meals either.
Updated: just tried it at our store. They had no idea it had launched and had no idea how to scan. We lost out on the $2 off and 50 points our order would have given us. Receipts do not have barcodes to scan at home later.

Mobile ordering here is a mistake. I showed up a few minutes after the time my food was supposed to be ready and they said they didn’t have an order from me. They waited until they completed cleared the line before making my food while I sat in the dining room. It would have been way faster to just go through the line. Never again
