I purchased an item only to find out that they dont have it in stock. Site needs more work if it cant keep up with the amount of inventory you have.
this app does not honor their offers. Regarding the FLASH30 offer. Their customer service reps are very confrontational and are overwhelmingly ignorant of the company they represent.
Apparently this app no longer ships to the United States. Guess they like to lose customers. C’est le vie.
I ordered TWO “adidas original superstar 10282”, and I didn’t get any tracking number at all. Every time I asked the customer service, they just told me the shipment time might up to 30 days. So I just wait until 30 days, and then they told me the item had been sold out, I can either get refund or waiting for restock. I choose to get refund, and they only refund me ONE back. Super disappointed, be careful to purchasing LEGO here!!
I see in the other reviews I’m not the only one unable to utilize Apple Pay through Zavvi . Granted it’s not the biggest issue in the world, but missing out on that extra checkout speed/convenience + lack of 2% cash back… it adds up over time, so please help us out so I can bump this score back up to 5 stars, thank you!! :)
App works fine, I pre ordered my purchase a month and a half in advance only to have them cancel it last minute. They had said it was a stock issue and they were not able to receive it. I will not be purchasing from them again
