I purchased an item only to find out that they dont have it in stock. Site needs more work if it cant keep up with the amount of inventory you have.

Zavvi does not honor their offers. Regarding the FLASH30 offer. Their customer service reps are very confrontational and are overwhelmingly ignorant of the company they represent.
