How to fix WCEA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WCEA app on iPhone
Update WCEA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WCEA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WCEA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WCEA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix WCEA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WCEA app issues:

Force Stop the WCEA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WCEA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WCEA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WCEA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WCEA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WCEA.

Fix WCEA unable to contact server/ WCEA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WCEA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WCEA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WCEA on android.
