Upon attempting to save my or view my certificate again, I received the following system error: file_put_contents(): Only 0 of 2077921 bytes written, possibly out of free disk space. This suggests a server-side limitation, possibly due to insufficient disk space, which is preventing the platform from saving user data or generating certificates. As a participant who has successfully completed some courses or modules, this issue is obstructing my ability to finalize the course and access the necessary documentation. I kindly request that your technical team investigate and resolve this matter at the earliest convenience. Please confirm once the issue has been addressed or advise on any interim steps I may take to ensure my progress is properly recorded. Hi, please I tried to pay for WCEA CPD(nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria) through Remita on the 27th May because the amount displayed on the wcea portal was not in USD but rather in Pounds which makes it more than the required charges. I still can't access the course after the successful payment but rather requesting for payment. Now, the portal (wcea) has displayed the service charges in USD and I want to apply for a refund from Remita. I messaged Remita but I was instructed to direct my complaints to NMCN as the transaction has been remitted to their account. Kindly help, please.
