Hi, please I tried to pay for WCEA CPD(nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria) through Remita on the 27th May because the amount displayed on the wcea portal was not in USD but rather in Pounds which makes it more than the required charges. I still can't access the course after the successful payment but rather requesting for payment. Now, the portal (wcea) has displayed the service charges in USD and I want to apply for a refund from Remita. I messaged Remita but I was instructed to direct my complaints to NMCN as the transaction has been remitted to their account. Kindly help, please.
