You people are bunch of thieves, on Sep when I needed money I downloaded AellaApp and they wanted to give me 2k and it was declined immediately. So deleted AellaApp afterward. Just on November they started sending sms messages to me that I was one of their best customers. HOW? How was I your customer? Just 2 days after they debited me 12k from my bank Account. On reaching out to them via Email they told me that a male family used my card to collect money from them on which I was the only one staying and no one has access with my card. They told me to mention a name that comes my mind to them so they can help me. Now they did not refund the money. I just want to beg anyone that feels AellaApp is useful, they are thieves, they won’t give you money and they will find ways to collect money from you. Ole people

I have AellaApp on my phone quite sometime now on the 2 march 2023 I decided to fund the account immediately I funded the account it send me a message that account is deactivated so that means I can withdraw or make any more transactions on the account. Telling me to upgrade my account but the tier to upgrade can’t click any on the upgrade page
In all you do, do not link your bank card with Aella. They still keep your card details even after you have unlinked the card from AellaApp . I unlinked a particular card and I was still debited on the bank card.
I complained about this on their twitter handle and they blocked me. Which shows they are fraudulent.
Why will they keep bank card details that been unlinked?
Why do they have to block me from reaching them on Twitter for complaining?
I’ve never defaulted on your loans but because I’m financial down this period and you couldn’t reach out to me for a day your agents started calling my contacts for a loan of 2600. That’s bad. If you’re not capable of giving out loans then close your company. I rate you guys no star at all
Well i download this so called aella app and I sign up and filled every informations needed, I sent money from my PalmPay bank to this so called aella app. Fine!!! I saw the money on my aella there sent me a notification saying, your Aella account has been credited. Then after that, I want to withdraw the money out of my aella app and it’s saying wallet has been disabled?? Why ?? How ?? This is a fraud banking app because how can someone waste data and download AellaApp and not gain anything good?. Is this how you guys steal from your customers ?? I advice you better don’t download AellaApp because it’s a bag of trash !!!!😤😤😤😤

AppStore. First they won't let you get a loan and secondly they request for your bank card and if you bind it they keep withdrawing your money and your loan will never be granted. AellaApp should be flagged.
Pls before downloading go to their sites to see complains ohh do not be carried away, they would give you loan but with time they would defraud you by restricting your account with any money you have in it, they are theives, you people restricted my 266,000 and I later got to know they don’t have an office to call or go and when u send them email about them restricting your account you can no longer write to them, and it’s not been powered by any cb
Hey, I will advise you not to download nor wast your time setting up AellaApp and inputting all your vital informations on it. It’s a scam app, I setup AellaApp , added money to AellaApp and immediately it was funded I tried to transact from app and up till today I can’t do anything from AellaApp it always say “oops wallet deactivated” which wallet, what wallet. How did it get activated ???? It’s just a waste of time, sub and may God punish anyone behind AellaApp because I did it at the time of emergency. May you not know a better today and tomorrow you foolish people stealing from people
I registered and updated my details to bronze after bronze showing verified I funded the account from my palmpay tried withdrawal but I was told my account had been deactivated I was asked to upgrade click on both silver and gold but they ain't responding I complained to the customer care I went through lots of processes and provided everything they asked but they can't rectify it I was told to be patient they're work on an upgrade till now they ain't responding again.. You people stole from me

Why can’t I get another loan. It’s showing hurray I can request for another loan but when I request it keeps saying I’m not eligible to get a loan. Please check my record and fix this because I’ve never defaulted

I took a loan and repayed back in 3 months, they made the loan so comfortable for me, they didn’t call me and start threatening, their workers are not rude despite the fact that they know my address, none of them has never come and harassed me even tho I still defaulted the loan, Good people ❤️
