I have Coen pay and ALWAYS get charged 3 cents more per gallon than the price on the sign.

I tried to use CoenMarkets to pay and get the discount. I had to go into the store, the girl behind the counter told me they had to ring it up and I had to specify an amount. Then I had to answer more questions on the card reader even though I already had my payment card attached to my Club Coen card. Then the line at the register got very long and I decided not to even try anymore and paid with my regular card and paid full price. It’s a very difficult and confusing app to use. Either that or the people inside the store did not know how to use CoenMarkets

Ever sense I updated this stupid app it now don’t work at all so good job on fixes the bugs more like creating them

I can’t even register my card. I give up! Customer Service sent me a form letter type e-mail that was no help at all.

Don’t mean you will get the sign price for club fuel they put the best possible price and then only give you 3 cents and not the member price beware

Stop asking me every time I open app if I want to turn on notifications! I don’t want them and said no already

If yall buffoons actually think Im gonna link my bank account to get your discount while you sell away all my data you’re out of your mind, let me pay with my credit card or nothing

Everytime I try to use this there is always an issue. Usually I have to enter the PIN 5-6 times before it will activate the pump. Then if the pump kicks off you have to start all over again. If Coen wants to gain market share fix the glitches.

I downloaded CoenMarkets after seeing a feature that says “order online” for food. After registering a new profile and downloading CoenMarkets it appears that you can’t order any food through CoenMarkets .

I tried to use the new app. It will not work. Went inside to pay but could not get my .20 off. They told me there was nothing they could do. I got my money refunded. I will use Sheets across the street if I have to pay regular price. You lost a loyal customer tonight. If it’s not broke don’t fix it. What a mess.

After I sign up for CoenMarkets , you want me to add a second Club Coen card for payments? And link my checking account? This was terribly designed and not customer-friendly at all. Look at Sheetz or BP if you want to see how to do this right. Add Apple & Google Pay, for starters. And no more multiple cards required to do a single thing.

CoenMarkets is horrible. You need to give them your entire information, including your gender, date of birth phone number. You have to create a login and password and you don’t even get a discount on your first use of CoenMarkets . I don’t go to this gas station often and I plan on not going to it much ever again.

New to Coen, CoenMarkets is buggy.
Attempted to sign up for the additional money off gas (in this stingy economy) and it said everything was verified until the end, it bugged out and didn’t accept it. Then got an email that my account is on hold I have to either mail/email/fax a bill of mine and my photo ID or call some outsourced 1800 number. Absolutely not, I’ll go else where.

App seems ok, but I would expect the food menu to be a feature.

It’s a great app to save money on gas

Enjoyable, awesome, exciting and cool experience, setting up everything from your car, and get ready to pump.

I did the upgrade to my Coen app but was having trouble using the new upgrade to pump gas. Went inside and staff were extremely helpful and friendly! They showed how to use the new upgrade! Thank you
