It shouldn’t be This difficult

I tried to use the app to pay and get the discount. I had to go into the store, the girl behind the counter told me they had to ring it up and I had to specify an amount. Then I had to answer more questions on the card reader even though I already had my payment card attached to my Club Coen card. Then the line at the register got very long and I decided not to even try anymore and paid with my regular card and paid full price. It’s a very difficult and confusing app to use. Either that or the people inside the store did not know how to use the app
Not user friendly, too much work for a few cents off

New to Coen, the app is buggy.
Attempted to sign up for the additional money off gas (in this stingy economy) and it said everything was verified until the end, it bugged out and didn’t accept it. Then got an email that my account is on hold I have to either mail/email/fax a bill of mine and my photo ID or call some outsourced 1800 number. Absolutely not, I’ll go else where.
The app is way too difficult to even use

This app is horrible. You need to give them your entire information, including your gender, date of birth phone number. You have to create a login and password and you don’t even get a discount on your first use of the app. I don’t go to this gas station often and I plan on not going to it much ever again.
