How to fix Yotta app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yotta app on iPhone
Update Yotta app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yotta iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yotta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yotta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yotta Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yotta not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yotta App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yotta » click [Force Stop]

Update Yotta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yotta App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yotta » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yotta.

Fix Yotta unable to contact server/ Yotta internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yotta » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yotta » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yotta
