Half baked platform making money at others cost

I normally don’t write reviews but I have to write to show how unreliable this company is. They have only booking option and sell insurance as well. There is no manage trip to either cancel or modify. Why they sell tickets when they don’t provide an option to manage. If somebody is able to talk to their customer care, then that’s a miracle. Don’t get fooled by these half baked platforms, who don’t understand what customer service is.

Fraudulent

I cannot recommend anyone use this company. They double booked a ticket then demanded we pay a $90 cancellation fee when the airline charged only $20. Numerous times over three days we were put on hold then hung up on. Employees won’t give employee ID #, direct line or email for callback etc. They do not do what they say they will.

Next steps are reporting to relevant consumer protection and government agencies. Skyscanner should not partner with such an irreputable company.

Not real agency, no answer for support EVEN when they charge extra for online and phone support services with your booking. 5 times left on hold for over 2 hours each time. Since Monday morning attempting to change flights due to Covid infection in our group NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER.

Extra charge for ANY changes even when airlines does not charge.

I bought 3 tickets from your company and paid
About 3800$ for them the same time I was charged another 3600$ for Swiss that’s I didn’t approve that’s small like a scam because your company did not answer the phone (15 minutes)

Very poor service provided to customer. There is no contact number which I can call them directly and solve my issue. Waiting for a day to get an email to reply. Not recommended. Be careful everyone.

I got the email from you guys, and it said I could’ve checked-in through Mytripcom, but I couldn’t.

FRAUD_FAKE TRAVELCOMPANY

This is a fake travel company, never use them. My flight was canceled and nobody even contacted me. It has been 5 months, and I haven’t received refund yet. I kept trying to contact them by phone and emails, I only receive automatic reply, nobody helps.

Mytrip is a scam. They send you a text saying the transaction didn’t go through even when it did so you then rebook and must pay a $57 cancellation fee.

Bought a flexible ticket and paid for rebook twice and they canceled both times. And lost my flight ticket!! And to be worse they didn't reimbursed me anything!! Stay away from this company!!

I used MyTrip.com in the past and they were good up until recently! The are a bunch of liars and scammers! I bought a round trip ticket from Osaka to Toronto with a long layover in South Korea(18 hours) for 197,000 Yen($1446US) and got a confirmation of my payment. Then when I printed my itinerary from my pc, it showed a much higher price of 274,000 Yen($2012USD). Then when my visa statement came in, it showed that I owed 274,000 Yen and not 197,000 the binding price I initially paid for. I contacted MyTrip to explain this overcharge and they said it had to do with dynamic pricing which is out of their control! In addition they said that I accepted the 274,000 Yen transaction! That is Bullshit! I have proof that I paid 197,000 Yen on my phone! MyTrip does not want to return the overcharged fare so I asked for a manager but the agent said the boss would say the same thing. Then the agent said the boss will contact you. I asked for a chat history to be sent to me, and the agent assured me that after we end the chat conversation, it will be sent to me. I still have not seen i! I am not done with this yet. I contacted my credit card company about being scammed by MyTrip and they want me to send all the evidence to them. People do not trust MyTrip.com! Lousy customer service and scam artists! Pay extra with reputable companies!

A real disaster. Telephone advice always tells a different story. They are super strong at charging additional fees. I have been fighting for name corrections for over 5 months. Fly in 8 days and still nothing.

Por razones familiares quise cancelar un vuelo pero nunca se pudo, yo compré la opción “flexible tikets” por si algo pasaba. Llame 4 días antes del vuelo para cancelarlo y me dijeron que lo cancelarían. No fue así … llame dos dias antes para asegurarme y ciertamente no lo habían cancelado. Perdí mi vuelo, no me ayudaron para nada. Dijeron que me iba a llamar su supervisor y nunca lo hizo. Esta agencia es fraude, nunca compren aquí. Espero que pronto cierren esta agencia de mierda…

This company is scam, i booked ticket TKT ref T95AVD out pound flight Was 7Th March 20, and in pound was 29 March, Because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Airports around the world were closed, all reservations were canceled, and we could not return. We strat sending emails to refund without any reply from they end! On july out embassy arrange flights to get us back As per useless costumer service of MYTRIP company,, the morroco airlines didnot accept to do refund,, however i checked with morroco airline and they informed me they already did refund long time back When i back again to customer service of my trip company they just promised will return your mony back ASAP And nothing happens

Bad bad bad !!! Awful customers service , waited 2 hours over the phone to be hanged up by the operator when she was supposed to look for my booking . Outrageous. Reference number différend than on the order… just a big mess to even contact thenand have my refund since march 2020 . Do yourself a favour and look for another travel agency , one that actually care about they customers . I will put a review every single day till the money hit my bank account !! Cheers !!

I have bought a tickect. The Airline cancelled my flight, I asked for a refund and the Airline rejected it. MyTrip send an email that I have to find a solution with the Airline, the Airline says I have to fin a solution with MyTrip. They have my money since December and still no solutions. They are a chiefs! NEVER NEVER NEVER use this services.

Big sucker with no human relation skill. I booked a flight and the website keep loading after I make payment. No confirmation email sent. I make a 2nd booking for same date and destination but when I checked with my bank that both transaction has been approved. Called them and was told that SGD$150 penalty will be impose if the airline approve the 2nd booking cancellation/refund. I told them that they have to be reasonable as the problem was initiated by their portal but the customer service insist that it's the policy regardless of the circumstances. I asked to be refer to their manager but the customer service still insist that the penalty still stand. Terrible service and please stay away from Mytrip at any cost if you don't want to lose any money which in the first place is not your fault!!!

We lost $450.00 worth of airline tickets purchased through Mytrip.com. The airline changed the flight schedule with an option to cancel. We chose to cancel, but we never received our money back. I tried to call and connect with Mytrip; not only was there anyone to answer the call, but they also did not respond to emails. I disputed the charge with the credit card company, but I missed the response date deadline cause we were traveling. The lesson, check the reputation of the travel agency before purchasing and remember that cheaper should not be the only consideration.
