when I click on my bookings a page pops up to say We're sorry! Unfortunately, you cannot return to this page. Click the button below to return to the payment page. If you would like to change a name or product, please start with a new booking. I have a booking I don't need to make another one
Everytime I select the flight I get...oops something went wrong, start a new trip. Every time I do that I always get a different price and when I select that new one, same thing...oops something went wrong. Not a user friend site. Was trying to get someone home due to death in family.
I have booked flights and tried logging my booking on the app. However I put in the email I used for my booking and the order number but it fails to find my booking. Any ideas why it's not working

Hi, I can not choose seats or not choose seats. Therefore I can not check in. Martina
I have downloaded the MyTrip app, and I have received an e-mail saying I can check-in online, but the app does not offer Check-in option at all.
When I try add my flight onto the app it says "failed to load flight try again" therefore I cannot check in early via app.
