Hi, I have a booking, or at least I think I have!! Order No: M91G5G, Perth to Denpasar and return. I have checked with Batik Air and Air Asia, who state that I have no booking!!! What is going on here??? I request confirmation immediately; I will reconcile with the corresponding airline following. If I DO NOT receive the correct information and booking confirmation from the airline companies, then I will be taking up this issue with the authorities. Stephen Murfit
I purchase a ticket for $1444 for my sister on Mytrip from Montreal to Abidjan, to attend the funeral of our mother. On stress, I made a mistake on my sister middle name I wrote Ohoue for Ohouo. I immediatly phone Mytrip the same day after realizing the error and explain the situation. They ask me to pay $132 to change the name. What I did. After 3 days without any feedback, I call them back. They told me that it is in process with Air Canada. I call Air Canada myself to be make sure that the change is in process. Air Canada confirmed that they received the request but they asked Mytrip to cancel the ticket and make a new reservation without charge since Mytrip haven't been charged yet by Air Canada, The Air Canada customer Representative confirmed it is very easy to do so. I call Mytrip to cancel the ticket and purchase a new one, Mytrip Representative told me that they are working on it. Stressed, I was calling them every day. The answer was always the same: We are working. 12 days after, 2 days before our trip. Mytrip told me that they cannot make the change and cannot cancel the ticket and purchase a new ticket. They cannot refund my money even those Air Canada did not charge them. I asked they why. The answer was you have to buy a new ticket, It is not our fault. The error is from you. I could not believe that. Conclusion: Mytrip is not a serious company. They use their clients to make money. I do not recommend anyone to purchase a ticket with Mytrip.
I have written more than 60 emails to Mytrip regarding my refund of a cancelled ticket that was arranged through your company with World2fly. Reference # M4LQA7 with the card ending in 0462. My future wife and I have both sent emails. The response after more than TWO (2) MONTHS has been my refund has been sent to another department for review. What is more insulting is their proposed refund was $20 dollars less than I originally paid AND the account they SAID the refund was sent to was NOT my account.THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY THAT DISREGARDS FOREIGN CUSTOMERS AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY!!! I purchased a ticket for My Trip on May 12 from Amman - Istanbul- Bogota and return back on July 10 with reference number WGV33X(TK) Then I asked to change the ticket so MYtrip reserved me a new booking on May 14 and they charged me already 186 $ and that was on Wednesday 10. Today I was waiting for my E-Ticket and Mytrip sent me an E-Ticket confirming my trip on May 14 but when checking with the Turkish Airline they found no reservation has been done and they didn't find my original booking as well they said that I have a NO SHOW status. I am getting no support or help and please I need to travel on May 14 as I have an urgent matter I need confirmation from your side that the E-Ticket I got from MY Trip is valid and correct with no penlites. Please respond with urgency as I should be traveling today

I received an email from Singapore Airlines re- changing my flight from Bangkok to Singapore on 30th November, from flight SQ705 to flight SQ 707 . The arriving time in Singapore will be 15.45 . Ok … so I checked the change to Sept 4th with MyTrips and it is an additional 😥 3680 kr … which when I check on line that leg of a round trip journey is 3348 kr - I had Bought a flex ticket - paid extra so anyway they are charging me almost the full cost of a ticket to Toronto 😞 so much for prepaying a flex ticket .. I emailed this … I was very disappointed when I tried to reschedule my flexible trip to discover that the fee through mytrips was an additional 3680kr to rebook a flex ticket. This is incomprehensible. The total cost for that leg of the flight is about exactly the same when I checked online with SAS so you are basically charging me the cost of a return flight. So Why did I pay extra for the flex ticket ? . I will have this investigated by you please for a refund of my return flight. On top of my frustration you should know it took 40 minutes on hold to take my call at 7:30 am - it’s a 24 customer service line. while I waited the music and reminders in the phone were terribly irritating . There was so much noise in the background when he answered the phone and throughout the conversation that I had trouble hearing the man to get help. I could hear his noisy family in the background and the rush of wind Coming through the phone and it was very difficult to hear. I would like a response back from you in regard to this return flight that I would like to change till September 4 from October 5 you have all the other details the flight code is KKZ7HM. I appreciate you getting back to me as soon as possible. At the least I expect I should get a refund for the extra money I paid for my flex ticket in December.

I desperately need to change my booking and have no means of doing so for lack of contact with your customer service. The legitimacy of Mytrip.com as a business is a serious question. I normally don’t write reviews but I have to write to show how unreliable this company is. They have only booking option and sell insurance as well. There is no manage trip to either cancel or modify. Why they sell tickets when they don’t provide an option to manage. If somebody is able to talk to their customer care, then that’s a miracle. Don’t get fooled by these half baked platforms, who don’t understand what customer service is.

I cannot recommend anyone use this company. They double booked a ticket then demanded we pay a $90 cancellation fee when the airline charged only $20. Numerous times over three days we were put on hold then hung up on. Employees won’t give employee ID #, direct line or email for callback etc. They do not do what they say they will.
Next steps are reporting to relevant consumer protection and government agencies. Skyscanner should not partner with such an irreputable company.

Not real agency, no answer for support EVEN when they charge extra for online and phone support services with your booking. 5 times left on hold for over 2 hours each time. Since Monday morning attempting to change flights due to Covid infection in our group NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER.
