- Unable to give a confirmation number to get boarding passes for any segments of trips.

- Does not have access to all flights.

- No customer service phone available during the trip.

- Trying to Reset password was a complete joke and timed out twice.

- Will not budge on refunds even when there is a global crisis that prevents thousands from traveling.

- Extra $ add-ons are completely bogus and a big scam to get money.

- Unable to do a simple name change.

- Charged for the same full amount for the ROUND TRIP as what was shown on the Skiplagged site, but only one way was showing for the round trip price.

For a long time Kiwi app doesn't respond on my iPhone XS It is loading the user interface however no any button responses I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app I have tried to update OS on my phone even though it was not too outdated I was expecting that this bug will be fixed with the next app update, but it's not

Hello. I have problems with kiwi application. Everything has always been fine, but I can't find any flights for 2 days now. When I click for example- Tenerife, it throws: Sorry, we couldn’t find that connection. And it's not just about one city/island, but most of it. Is there any way to fix this?
