Idk if it’s a glitch or a bug but every time I try to filter my search it doesn’t allow me to. Even when when I’m trying to select a certain color it won’t show the preview. How do you expect someone to trust and order from here when the filtering and selection does not work? Trash!

Annoying that every time I click on an item and go back afterwards I lose my spot in the que of items. I have to scroll down every time. Makes using Perigold a really annoying aspect that could easily be fixed. I avoid using it because of this.

Consistently when I’m looking at products, there are not enough images, product details don’t give a full description of the product, often the imagery is confusing to what you’re purchasing and the description doesn’t really help with describing what the items is. For example, the image of six pillows you have no idea which pillow you’re actually ordering. Considering most of the items I would say are luxury brands with luxury prices it would help and would be expected to have a bit more information with best in class data if you’re going to be investing your money.
I haven't received my rug yet but I have shot this app in the past. For some reason today they gave me an awful hard time about excepting my platinum card information and the more times I put it in the more times they kept telling me it was wrong until finally I went in as a guest. That would make it difficult for me to shop in the future

Loving this app because there are more up to date high end choices for the home than anywhere else online. Also love quick return approval when an ordering mistake was made ( by me). Only thing that would improve is free shipping and free returns like Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom’s. Thank you this app. I keep coming back.
