5 Most reported problems 😔💔
I thought I was ordering a pillow and got 2+ yards of fabric which You would not take back. I finally got a 18x18" pillow that I loved so much that I ordered an other. This one is 24x24. It is as big as a vw bug on my couch. I am sending it back to be replaced by another 18x18. You guys are a lot of work
I am not able to use the filter on your website. I have cleared my cache and restarted my phone. Nothing seems to help.

Perigold charges for return. Ask for the return cost before you order.
Return services do not exist except for a website. It’s services department has no idea how to solve any customer related return issues. Useless!!!

Annoying feature

Annoying that every time I click on an item and go back afterwards I lose my spot in the que of items. I have to scroll down every time. Makes using this app a really annoying aspect that could easily be fixed. I avoid using it because of this.
Horrible filtering

Idk if it’s a glitch or a bug but every time I try to filter my search it doesn’t allow me to. Even when when I’m trying to select a certain color it won’t show the preview. How do you expect someone to trust and order from here when the filtering and selection does not work? Trash!
