Hello, After some app update on Android, the weather option is always crashing and restarting the app. No weather info on Xiaomi Smart Band7 Pro after this app update. Already tried to uninstall and install it again.

How to fix Mi Fit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mi Fit app on iPhone
Update Mi Fit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mi Fit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mi Fit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mi Fit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mi Fit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mi Fit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mi Fit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mi Fit » click [Force Stop]

Update Mi Fit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mi Fit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mi Fit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mi Fit.

Fix Mi Fit unable to contact server/ Mi Fit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mi Fit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mi Fit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
