I didn't charge my watch for around month, because I couldn't find my charger... I found a charger, but now my watch won't charge no matter how long I leave it on the charger or hold down the button... Any tips?

I was unable to track sleep or use the "Find your phone" service. Then I used the menu to power down the watch and turned it back on and both features started working.

For two days, the bracelet has not tracked my sleep. It is as if I have been awake for more than 48 hours for him.

I'm having a problem downloading the watch faces on my Heroband III app. It keeps timing out on the download. The last watchful I downloaded is all distorted, so now I can't dioramas any of them.

Not keeping accurate steps, @ 12:15am i turned my phone on and saw 13 steps, I did not take 1 step since 10pm. Last week I do believe I did almost if not over 10,000 steps yet this watch didn't register anything past 139.

The data was not registering on my Samsung phone from the watch. I reset the watch and now although my phone shows today's time and date, the Heroband 111 watch shows the wrong time and date. I can't seem to find out how to change these on the watch or get any new data onto my phone app. what can I do please?

Hi, I'm loving my heroband watch. It was counting my steps/ calories daily and measuring my sleep but now it's doing neither. The watch is still working as a watch but I'm on a keep fit programme and want to know steps/ calories etc. Please help Regards Ruth.

The past 2 days it has reset my steps back to zero and hasn't reached my sleep.

I can not download watch faces and I am going to return the watch unless someone has a solution. The download starts and gets to 99% EVERYTIME but then times out. Is this an app or watch issue, I do not know. If anybody has any advise, Please help!

Hi, the watch is working well except the sleep tracker will not record any periods of awakening. It will measure the sleep cycles but anytime I wake up during the night is only recorded as "light sleep" even if I move my arm to check the time. I feel like the watch not denoting when I wake up is skewing my sleep score. Please advise
