iBand app on iPhone 7 starts, connects to my iBand device, downloads information, but then crashes. The app runs for 6-7 seconds every time before crashing.

How to fix iband app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iband app on iPhone
Update iband app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iband iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iband on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iband network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iband Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iband not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iband App
1. On android, goto Settings » iband » click [Force Stop]

Update iband to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iband App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iband » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iband.

Fix iband unable to contact server/ iband internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iband » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iband » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
