Watch not reading correct BP. It’s constantly reading very high every time I check my BP. Have had it checked by GP and it’s normal.

Smart Wristband 3 watch Screen is just black but green leds flashing. Holding watch button will not reset. Happened today after usual charge. Is there a way to reset the watch with no app connection? I have unpair the watch from my iphone and now the phone can't find the watch/app

Why does the sleep mode on my smartwist band 3 not upload itself onto the Smart wristband 3 App on my Samsung phone? The phone app shows me one time and length of sleep while my smart wristband 3 shows another time.

The app will open but immediately crashes and shuts down without connecting to my watch.
