Close and restart the HAAT app on iPhone
Update HAAT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HAAT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HAAT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HAAT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix HAAT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HAAT app issues:

Force Stop the HAAT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HAAT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HAAT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HAAT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HAAT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HAAT.

Fix HAAT unable to contact server/ HAAT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HAAT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HAAT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HAAT on android.
