My son set up the account (I think he has an android phone) for his sons and I will be also funding the accounts. I have an iphone and can't get to the screen to confirm my name, address and social.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Till app issues:

Force Stop the Till App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Till app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Till to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Till App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Till app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Till.

Fix Till unable to contact server/ Till internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Till » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Till » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Till on android.
