I setup my profile and my child but did not see how to apply for a card. Now I have an email that says it will arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Is there a way I can receive the card number to setup in Google wallet before the card comes? Otherwise it will arrive too late for my son to use it

As a parent I sign up Saturday, August 28th for the family account and send an invite where my child can join me. My child is only 13 years old and when we tried to create her account we run into issues shortly after opting to not login via fingerprint.
It said We are now stuck on a screen that said some of information doesn’t match their records. What record is that? Then they said they might ask my 13 year old for drivers license, tax return, utility bill, lease agreement or paystub. This is not kids friendly.
It should be easy to join in matter of minutes and what kind of app is this asking kids for these proof of identity that should only be asked of an adult. We had been trying to have this resolve for almost a week now with no solution and it takes forever to receive an email response and there’s no phone number to contact anyone.
This problem should be and easy fix and they can’t do it. It’s scary to be banking with an insinuation that doesn’t have a number and no way to get a hold of them. Is this a scam? Now they have all of personal info and my child doesn’t have an account. Please stay away there’s better Bank out there for children that is kids friendly. You have been warned!

We got started using till and it took us not 1 nor 2, but 3 attempts to get money in to the account. After about a week, we got an email that my account had been shut down even though my son had only $20 in the account. I’m the email, they did not give any reasoning to this and we are still awaiting our payment back. I do not recommend this app to anybody for it looked like a useful tool but ended up just being a disappointment.
